• Convenient location.
• The bathroom needed updating and a good cleaning.

“The hotel was convenient and the staff was friendly for the few minutes you see them, your entrance are all private. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom needed some work, cleaning and updating!”

• Close to Airport.
• Older hotel with minimal comforts, this facility is a budget motel in a bad area.

“I would not return to this hotel. The facility is old, outdated and not well kept. It is a level 1 at best. I'm glad we only spend one night when we arrived from the airport.”

• Did not like anything about it. Maybe, the clerk was considerate and friendly.
• At check in, a man came in with lots of blood on his back and chest calling a guest on the phone.

“Not a good area, rooms, pool area horrible. Recommend you not to have this hotel in your repertoire.”

• The dining was good at this location. It was a pleasant surprise.
• It was run down and a very uncomfortable bed. Check out is 11 am, cleaning knocked on the door at 8am and again at 10am. Very annoying!

• The restaurant was an I-Hop.
• Filthy, noisy, tattered, dated, and just overall gross.

“This is the grossest hotel I have seen in a very long time. They carpets were stained and filthy. There were crumbs and popcorn seeds in the corners, cigarette burns all along the bath tub, the toiled leaked, the grout was coming out, and there were holes in the ceiling.”

• When I paid an up-charge for non-smoking, my room was next to the pool pump (very loud), even though they had other vacancies.

• I didn't even stay at the hotel.

“My son was with me and he has asthma. The lady told me to just let them know when I arrived and everything would be fine. When I got to the hotel the manager informed me that they had no non-smoking rooms available and there was nothing he could do.”

• It was conveniently located right off the highway.
• Room wasnt great; bath tub was warped, uncomfortable bed, cheap TV.

“I would not stay here again, right next to the ghetto, too much money for too little comfort, bad bed; desk people had no clue about the area, no service from airport to hotel.”

“I found this hotel to be high priced for a hotel that should not get a star. Plumbing problems, extremely uncomfortable beds. Dirty floor, broken dresser drawer, loud and dirty heat/ac, very small TV almost no amenities, connected restaurant had poor service and could not get the order right after 3 tries and a long wait. Waiter and waitress at odds as to who would wait on me, etc.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel.
• The television did not work, the room was filthy and worn and smelled of smoke.

“The West Palm Beach Days Inn was not one of them. The hotel was rated 2 stars and I paid much more than I normally do for a 3 star. Although its inner courtyard and pool area had some appeal the room I started with and the room I moved to were both worn, dirty, tired, and in disrepair. The only electrical outlet available did not work so I had to charge my cell phone at the sink. The television did not work. The sink had no stopper. The ceiling was stained from leaks and the carpeting and drapes reeked of smoke and were badly worn.”

• Beds were clean and the whole set up of the room was nicer than expected.
• The TV kept going in and out and the bathroom wasn't that clean.

“Overall, better than expected by far. Little things here and there that needed to be fixed but I expected a lot worse from a 2 star hotel. So I hope they keep up the work. Staff was very friendly and generous.”

• It was convenient to I-95.
• I liked nothing about the hotel.

“The accommodations were disgusting. The beds were old and hard, the room was old and run down. The furniture was cheap. The bathroom sink fixtures were loose. The tub and sink did not drain properly. The commode seat was loose. The air conditioner had no vent cover. The room needed to be painted. This hotel is on its last legs. You could not bet a boarding pass printed at the front desk / lobby computer without paying for internet time. The linens in the room were paper thin, you read the mattress label through the sheets. The towels in the room were very cheap.”

• Rooms were clean and Hotel easily located off the highway.
• Not enough amenities.

“Double bed room. Clean, but I was expecting a bit more. First room given was a smoking room and I don't smoke. The changed my room without any problems, but I just didn't like the fact that I was given a very disgusting smelling smoking room in the beginning. Otherwise the stay was good.”
