• Friendly and helpful staff liked having a frig and stove and sink.

• Very good staff and the hotel is very cozy and comfortable for a weekend stay.
• I found nothing wrong with the hotel in the short stay
  I had.

“The hotel is very comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. All the needs were met promptly and there was no room for being dissatisfied with any of the things associated with a weekend stay for a leisure traveler.”

• It was cheap.
• The bed was not comfortable.

“If your planning on spending time in this area this may be the hotel for you (provided you can sleep on a very stiff bed). It had a full size fridge, that I didn't use, and a kitchenette stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. It was located
next to a freeway entrance and was minutes from downtown. But the area can be tricky to figure out because of the street layout. Overall it met my needs, a place to sleep for a few days.”

• Nothing!

“The bathroom was unclean, sink was cracked, the room smelled smoky and there were no amenities. There were 3 hotels that would have satisfied my needs and been less expensive in the area of Pittsburgh. I am a professional and I'll tell other professional business people about my bad experience.”

• It was close to University of Pittsburgh.
• I wanted double beds and didn't need a kitchen.

“Hotel was clean and staff was good, but I didn't see many cars in parking lot and I was told all rooms were filled (that's why I couldn't get double beds).”

• It had a kitchen to cook in.
• I found two dead bugs on the bathroom floor.

“Upon entering, the room looked cozy and inviting. It did have a kitchen which was nice because I was cooking for someone. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, but I found two dead bugs on the bathroom floor which made me feel like it was dirty. Other than that, I have a good stay!”

• Quiet.
• Old dirty blanket, 1st room had dirty counter and toilet.

“Poorly maintained, this hotel is close to mall, Wal-Mart and restaurants. The housekeeping staff does not clean the rooms well. Recommend cleaning counters in kitchen area as well as dishes before using. Check the toilet before sitting. The clothes dryers do not dry well, requiring a second cycle even for a modest load. The walkways are dirty and some of the exterior doors do not work.”

• There did not seem to be a proper entrance.

“Hotel staff was helpful to us to help find dining and well as entertainment within a reasonable distance. Very pleased with the kitchenette and the cleanliness of the room.”

• Convenient.
• It smelled!

“Hotel was conveniently located, but because everyone cooks. It was a little stinky (Thai food). The smoke free room had been smoked in, that was pretty bad as well. Other than that, comfortable and would stay at a different location.”

• Very clean and very polite staff!
• No pool, no crib availability.

“It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and you could not find nicer staff anywhere. They were always very helpful and always smiling. If you do not have a navigational system available I would not recommend this hotel. Very hard to get too. Then again I would not recommend Pittsburgh, I don't know how anyone finds there way anywhere in that town without one!”

• I think you need to have more information for Pittsburgh visitors.
• None.

“It's good and cheap hotel. But there is only one bus from Downtown which comes every 30 minutes. So if you don't have your car, it may not comfortable to stay this hotel.”

• Kitchen area is wonderful, full size fridge, microwave, and toaster.
• Bed was hard as a board.

“Extremely hard to find. Room was large with wonderful kitchen. Staff is very kind, until 10:59 am for check out. Manager called my room to make sure I was checking out at 10:59 am. Check out time should be noon.”
