• Squeaky ceiling when people walked around on the 2nd floor.

• Nothing. Repeat: nothing positive.
• No pillows, filthy, no privacy with partial walls in suite, tiny room etc.

“Disgusting and expensive! What a horrid place to stay. This is a motel 6 with a different name, nothing more. Rooms are tiny, kid suite is totally stupid, they put a box around the bunk beds that does not even extend to the ceiling, so there is no privacy. Oh, and there is no elevator in this whole of a hotel, so get ready to haul all your luggage up the stairs! No pillows, either, king size bed has 4 smaller than standard size pillows, about the size of throw pillows for a couch. I wanted to cry. Stay somewhere else,”

• Nice pool & fitness facilities.
• Hair in the Jacuzzi.

“For the price this was a really nice hotel. Kids loved the pool as well as the Jacuzzi in the room. I would stay there again.”

• Beds where dirty when we checked in.

• The breakfast was good.
• I called and was told pet price of $10.00 per night for my two dogs and then they charged me $10.00 per animal.

“Other than the misquote of the pricing for my dogs and the cot needed it was ok. I was told $10.00 for both of my dogs and then was charged $10.00 per dog. I was also told $10.00 charge for whole stay for the cot and then they tried to charge me $10.00 per day. They did credit back the extra charge for the cot though. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean.”

• Kept an imprint of my credit card.

“Bathroom could have been cleaner. No conditioner with the shampoo. Plenty of lighting, comfortable beds. Nice pool area but didn't use. Entrance door close to the car.”

• Attached to splash lagoon.
• Not very clean.

“The room was ok, the bathroom shower was dirty, we requested a late checkout but one of the maids came into our room anyway! The only good thing is it was close to where we needed to be!”
