• Internet access, airport accessibility, refrigerator.
• Hotel employee promised to book cab and didn't

“We were disappointed only in that we would have liked to have hotel with shuttle service to the airport, but there was no way to select such a feature on priceline and an employee told us we had to book a cab the night before and then didn't book the cab when we asked her to do so. The next morning a new cab arrived within minutes so no problem.”

• Lobby was beautiful. Love the tile floor. Coffee shop was wonderful.
• Coffee shop not opens early.

“Somehow I was booked into a smoking room. This was horrible. While staff was able to move me on the second day, they failed to express any empathy or understanding. What has happened to customer service? The power of an apology or statement of concern is lacking from most sales interactions these days and it is left to the customer to "turn on the nice" and create a positive exchange even when the circumstances are unacceptable. It was great that there was a sweet tomato across the street and that the business features I needed (internet) worked well.”

“This hotel was filthy and gross. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I was given a smoking room and I have asthma and it took them till the next day to give me another room, below what quality I originally paid for. And I only got back 1/2 my money. Do not stay at this hotel!”
