• Staff was very friendly, and location is terrific.
• A little dated and worn, and needs some sprucing up.

“Excellent location, warm and friendly staff, casual restaurant was warm and friendly. Needs some cosmetic sprucing up and freshening up. Not a deterrent however.”

• The maintenance guy - a modern hero. Left Cuba with nothing and is now a success.
• No air conditioning the first night.

• Fully equipped kitchenette.
• At 2:00 am there was no way to reach front desk/security.

“Great place but at 2:00 am the next room had door banging in the room and I tried to call security-front desk. There was only a recording giving open hours for front desk when I would have liked security to check out the disturbance. At check out the off doesn't open till 9:00 am when I was ready to get on the road by 7:30.”

“Despite being next to the interstate it was quiet. The room was completely comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent service.”

• Late check-in time made it difficult to get ready for meeting.

“Very clean and quiet, located driving distance to restaurants and other sites. Near university campus. Hard to fine, off main road, nestled in corner on side street.”

• Non smoking, no breakfast, location, bed.

“I did not like this hotel and was not happy with the fact that all the rooms are non-smoking. I also have grown fond of a free continental breakfast which this hotel had none, the bed/bedding was not comfortable at all and the location should have been Delray not Boca (must be right on the borderline) because it was more north than I wanted to go. The kitchen was nice to have even though we did not use it.”

• Very well located, easy access to interstate 95.
• Bathroom cabinets were peeling finish.

“This is a great no frills hotel for the business traveler or persons who are staying longer than 5 days. The front desk staff was very friendly, always smiling, and very helpful.”

• Excellent pricing for the area and a very nice fridge.
• Old style TV Noise from train tracks, dirty vent fan in bath.

“Very good value for the money thru in a kind of deserted neighborhood (Industrial park) thru located right off the interstate no restaurants or bars close by .Pretty grounds around a small pond. Lots of parking though the beds could use new mattress.”

• Access to highway.
• No wake up service and the alarm clock went off every 15 minutes, could not set the alarm clock to work correctly.

“I got in early in the morning. Had to wait outside till someone responded to let me come in and register. One answered for the wake up service and the alarm clock didn't work correctly. I had to leave early that morning for a meeting on almost no sleep. Wasn¿t given any record of additional taxes and fees.”

• There were ants in the hotel room and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it.

“Very noisy, right next to train tracks. Hard to find. Ants all over the kitchen and throughout the entire room. When I told the staff, they said they could put us in another room the next day, but other than that, there was nothing they could do about it. We just had to except the fact that we were going to have to sleep with ants.”

• Liked well-equipped kitchen, which includes stove, fridge, toaster, utensils.
• Did not like the fact that they provide just one full size bed, not even a queen size.

“The hotel is very clean. The well-equipped kitchen is very convenient. However, I would have liked a king size bed, or at least a queen size, but we got just one full size bed, which made it very uncomfortable considering I was traveling with my partner and a young child. I would have also preferred that they provide towels the next day instead of having to go to front desk to get extras.”
