• Free drinks at managers social.
• Tub did not drain and keys to room did not work most of the time.

“Although the room we ended up with was nice it took us 3 tries before we got it and even then the tub did not drain and coming in late at night and going all the way to the room only to have the key not work again!”

• Everything was special, the food the atmosphere, the people.
• The way house keeping kept opening the door when I had the do not disturb sign on the door.

• Loved the decor and warmth of my room.

• The room was very spacious and clean.
• We had no choice between smoking and none smoking. The room smelled very much.

“The Hotel was in an excellent location with a great breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had many amenities. However, no free internet and no choice of smoking or none smoking was a draw back. Would have been great if we could have been able to choose. Pretty much had to take whatever the counter gave us. At first, they wanted to put two straight men in a room with a king bed, but after pleading with the counter he gave us two double. All in all it was a pleasant stay, but if you don't smoke, plan on taking a can of Lysol.”

• Upon late check-in, I found my reservation had been canceled.

• Breakfast buffet, suite style room.
• 1 of 3 elevators was out of order the entire stay. Noisy outside the room.

“This was second stay here. Will stay here again. It was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a little noisy though.”

• Very nice/comfortable room.

“Very nice. Quiet comfortable suite. The hotel is conveniently located off of I-95 and there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Helpful, friendly staff also. They upgraded me to a King bedroom suite at no extra charge without me even asking. Would definitely recommend.”

• Just Remodeled, All New Furniture in the two room suite.
• Hotel was getting a face lift, remodeling multiple floors.

“The remodeled room was great, still smelled of fresh paint but over all the new furniture and make over was quite pleasant, I'm sure this hotel will meet 3 star accommodations once construction is over, it would of been much nicer if it was closer to the beach. The Description said 3 blocks but it was more like 7 or 8. Not much of a selection of food nearby.”

• Very noisy. Pool opens very late.

“It was very noisy with kids all over the place. The staff allowed the kids to be at the pool very late and we could not sleep. We were on vacation to relax and that is not what happened. We were not able to relax. When we arrived, the drain in our sink was clogged and needed a maintenance man. What's that all about?”

• Room was quiet and spacious; comp breakfast was excellent, staff first class.
• Bathroom fittings were old and showing wear.

“Staff is first class as are most of the amenities. Bathroom was showing signs of wear but was clean nonetheless. Comp breakfast would be hard to beat and overall this is a premier operation that will not disappoint.”

• The hotel was easy to find.
• Rooms were not clean and the staff was not helpful or friendly. The food in the restraint was very bad.

“When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was very nice. Check in was easy. We asked about places to eat and the staff indicated that there were no close restraints. (The next day, we found a listing in the lobby of all the places to eat). We got to our room only to find it dirty and had to be moved to another room. We then went to the restraint and the waiter was rude and unfriendly. Our food arrived bland and cold. Our older children asked the staff for change for the game room and the staff refused to provide change. They had to leave and go to the neighboring hotel to get change to play games provided in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• This hotel provided you with anything you need from a free hot breakfast (delicious) and free internet services in the lobby.
• There was nothing that I didn't like.

• The hotel was dirty and the staff did nothing to rectify the situation.

“When we checked in at about 11:00pm the fold out couch had dirty sheets on it with a dirty, curled up mattress. When we requested new linen and mattress pad, the housekeeping employee arrived with only sheets and told us to "just use two sheets" instead of a mattress pad. The breakfast buffet the next morning was disgusting and inedible. We had planned to stay two nights and had paid upfront. We left after one night. Thank You.”

• Beautiful hotel and clean and spacious rooms.
• I liked everything.

“this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The bedroom /living room was separated by a door which gave great privacy. The free cocktail was a refreshing idea after a long ride. The free full breakfast was the icing on the cake. The hotel was elegant and family friendly. I wish all hotels were like this one.”
