• Great beds and pillows.
• The place was dirty in little places, cracked plaster, cracked floors.

“The only good thing was the beds, and the lack of air spray. The finer details were outdated, dirty, dirty public spaces and elevators. I wonder if they are in the middle of renovation.”

• Clean, convenient, close to I95.
• Small rooms, outdated, needs upgrading, small suite, small couch, restaurant not open except breakfast! Look like old Florida hotel, needs renovation.

“Good for business or one person travel, but if I would have brought my kids we would have been cramped in small suite, nice clean sheets, but needs renovation. Definitely not 3-star quality. I would say 2 or 2.5 star.”

• Was not impressed at all.
• Hot tub not working. Elevator smelled and looked dirty. Needed lots of repair.

“Was not happy at all with the hotel. Hot tub was not useable. Left a day early, I just was not happy. First room we had was wet from AC. Room smelled bad. Was moved to another room.”

• Comfortable beds in renovated rooms.
• Make sure you ask for one of the renovated rooms! Old rooms are awful!

“Great location. Convenient to 95 and close to everything including tons of good restaurants and not far from A1A and beach. Very comfortable beds in the renovated rooms. Make sure you ask for a renovated rooms. Huge difference! Would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

• Loved the suite with sep TVs.
• Washing facilities were outside the bathroom.

“Parking fine. Suite pleasant surprise. Quiet. Ambience (palm trees etc.) excellent. Like the buffet in the morning (6.99). Loved the chocolate chip cookies given to us on arrival. The little coffeemaker worked fine and decaf available. Very satisfied.”

• The breakfast was good & shower water hot.
• Security gate left open after reporting and closing it myself twice, run down, dark walkway in rear to get to broken ice machine and also in stairway.

“This hotel is old and not kept up very well. I did not feel safe and reported the rear lights out on first night which any change on the second night. Both nights, the employees propped open the security fence in the back parking lot which defeated the whole idea for safety. I had to walk through a dark outside path to reach the ice machine which was out of order. I then needed to go upstairs to another machine and the lightbulb was out in the rear stairway. I was all ready to use the Jacuzzi and could not find the power switch, I asked in the office and was told that it was out of order. It would have been nice if they mentioned it before a person when to get in. Also, the steps to the jacuzzi were damaged with chunks of the surface missing. The sidwalks were in bad condition also. After checking in the first night, I went back to the office to confirm that it was really a nonsmoking room because it smelled so badly. The front desk clerk said that they would put in an air freshener machine in the morning. It was never done. I am extremely sorry that before i stayed here this weekend, I had already paid for anothe 2 night stay for my son's family weekend on September 4 & 5. I can only hope that some of these above mentioned issued will be cleared up by then.”

• Easy to find from highway.
• Parking was not visible from room.

“Vehicle was broken into, unable to see vehicle from our room and only noticed in the morning that back window was shattered. We had parked under a light but parking area was not visible to road so still a good opportunity for theft. Hotel staff was not overly accommodating, had to sweep glass out of parking space and go looking for help to vacuum glass out of vehicle, I feel cleaning staff should have been told to come help. Summer hill Suites? By Marriot is near and was much nicer, better parking area.”

• Ice Machines broken on floor entire time not fixed. Broken washing machines.

“Staff friendly and attentive. However, hotel manager clearly did not authorize repairs of washing machines and ICE Machine.”

• The location worked for this visit. The front desk recommended a great restaurant nearby.
• Almost everything.

“The check-in and out was pleasant and front desk staff very helpful. Room was laid out poorly with an uncomfortable couch. The LR TV wasn't working- staff responded right away but location of TV made it almost impossible to watch from the couch. Ice machine on my floor was out of order as was the washing machine. Walked to floor below for ice - inside stairwell was pretty nasty. Did not feel extremely safe walking from the back parking lot to the entrance late at night. The mini-fridge was extremely tiny and not very cold.”

“Barely tolerable for one night. Low end run down old hotel - one/two star at best. Ridiculous bathroom. Had to switch rooms because of an unlock able ext. door - second room a little fresher (still had ants in both).”

• Very old, needs update, staff unfriendly.

“The hotel did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel, and not even a 2 1/2 star. It is a 2-star at best. No fitness center on site. Everything is run down, the elevator is dirty, slow, and creepy. The staff does not know what they are doing. I actually had to check in 5 separate times for the same stay.”
