• Not too much.
• Filthy rooms with mold. Soiled linen. Only 1 bath towel.

“This hotel needs renovations soon. It has terrible bathrooms with mold in almost every corner. The rooms furniture was mostly tattered or broken as well the bedding was soiled or had smoke burns. Holiday inn should be embarrassed.”

• Nothing.
• Mold in Bathrooms. Doors that don't lock, elevators, furniture, filthy blankets, broken shower stall with molded water coming through. Smells terrible.

“Holiday inn needs to evaluate this property immediately. It was not up to any franchise level. I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels. This truly was one of the worst properties I have stayed at in the past 10 years.”

• Restaurant food was wonderful.
• The AC did not work well in the room. The restaurant one was also broken, very hot.

“The staff was very nice and friendly, although when my son forgot his boogie board at the pool, the staff put it right up for rental, instead of lost and found or at least leaving it at the pool for us to retrieve. In our room, the phone and AC did not work, and the toilet ran constantly.”

• Sunday BBQ at the pool bar.
• Would have been nice to have had a continental breakfast included in the price.

• I could see the ocean.
• Don't sing at the karaoke bar if you can't sing.

“The room, although older and time-worn, was clean and the beds were turned down after dinner. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient which was much appreciated after a long day's drive. And, the best bonus: I could see the ocean from my balcony.”

• Friendly environment, fun environment by the pool.
• A little dated, but it seemed clean.

• Proximity to beach.
• High speed internet was not high speed.

“Rooms need updating and a paint job. Very dated decor. Internet connection was not High Speed. In fact the connection was so slow I was unable to work. Staff was polite and friendly. Rooms were clean enough but overall the motel, cant be considered a hotel, needs an over haul.”

• The pool and pool bar.
• The pool deck had the same litter on it for days!

“The desk employees were very good and efficient. Upon going to our room, with the nosiest AC unit known to man, we saw a room service tray in the middle of the walkway. This tray was still there when we left, flies and all. For two days the maids and maintenance staff walked by it rather than remove it. My wife could not sleep at all with the AC running. I would go somewhere else rather than have to witness this scene again. Oh, by the way the ice machine on our floor was not working. Two floors down it did.”

• Poorly maintained, unattractive, dingy, and unkempt.

“The location on the beach was excellent, although far to walk to restaurants and attractions. Hotel seemed beaten up and not updated at all. Seemed much run down and not well maintained. Only received one towel, we requested another it was never received. Dingy and unclean feeling.”

• Bar and poolside was very unexciting.

“Came down to watch the buffalo bills beat Miami and found this to be the best price. The hotel was under renovation but they did a good job of making you feel comfortable.”

• It was near the beach, it had balconies, and you could reserve ocean facing.
• Ocean view obscured. Air conditioner was very loud.

“The hotel may be a little run down at first glance; I'm sure it's hard to keep anything new when it is right next to the beach. But the staff did seem to try to keep it clean and I was comfortable. I'd stay here again.”

• Location on the beach, heated pool.
• Air conditioner not working/had to move rooms, hubcap stolen off van while parked at hotel.

“The location of this hotel is fantastic, with close proximity to the beach. The heated pool was large and clean. The first room that we were put in had a broken air conditioner. We had to ask two times before they moved us to another room. Also, one hubcap off of our van was stolen overnight as we were parked at the hotel.”

• The pool was nice.
• The hotel seemed run-down and in need of a paint job.

• location was nice, but that was about it
• Very dirty floors, I never took my schools off. Do they vaccum? Also, bathroom was not the cleanest either.
