“Hotel was clean and the night clerk was great. Hotel hard to locate off highway, but very comfortable. Could use full curtains for those that would like to sleep in.”

• The cost.
• Towels left in damo pile; breakfast was based on early rising.

“This hotel was okay for the price, but did not meet the expectations based on the website remarks. The smell of chlorine greeted us when we walked in through the main doors. The hot tub was literally dirty with rings around the edge and, despite the fact that the wet, used towels were left on the toilet cistern for collection, they were left in a damp pile and not replaced with clean ones. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone I know.”

“We were very impressed with the over all look of the hotel.The staff was very friendly and knowlegable.The roo was very clean and the bathroom was clean too..The kids liked the swimming pool which was not over clorinated we like it there.”

• Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good.
• Indoor pool, rather there also be an outdoor pool.

“The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping and dining in Erie. The complimentary breakfast was substantial and tasty. I appeciated the free highspeed internet access. The two queen beds in our room were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well and was reasonably quiet.”

• Location, pool, free breakfast.
• The cable did not work on my 2nd night.

“The breakfast area was a little small. The breakfast food selection was not that great. The pool was nice. It was very nice having a hot tub near the pool. The room/beds were very comfortable. The biggest problem was that the cable TV did not work during our 2nd night stay.”

• The room was uniquely decorated, absolutely loved the beds - so comfortable!
• Pool was rather small.

“The staff was very nice and catered to our needs. The location was great and easy to find. I found the bed to be the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The pool was rather small, but the hot tub was great. I would definitely go back!”

• Room was clean, comfortable perfect for a weekend shopping trip or sporting event.
• The continental breakfast was good but the area was cramped.

“I travel with my children to sporting events and I would stay in this hotel again, the location was good, the room was clean and comfortable.”

• Excellent continental breakfast.
• No refrigerator in the room and the sheets did not fit the bed; they came off as soon as you sat down on it, very uncomfortable.

“Hotel was in a great location near the mall and lots of restaurants. The linens were cheap and came off the bed as soon as you laid in them, very frustrating. There was also no refrigerator in the room. The continental breakfast was really nice and the coffee in the lobby was fantastic and available 24 hours a day. Staff was friendly. Would visit again.”

• Room was clean and comfortable. Great bed with lots of pillows.
• Staff seemed to be incompetent when checking-in and out. Multiple problems each time.

• the location, way the heck in the back of a mall parking lot

• Very clean with an excellent location. Was also quiet for a busy weekend.
• Did not have any laundry facilities.

• Great pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
• Maid did not clean room, had to ask for towels.

“Was a very nice hotel. The first night we were there no complaints. Next day we were invaded by young hockey players and their parents. Kids everywhere. Parents everywhere drinking beer. Place was a zoo. Didn't get my room cleaned, don't know why, no answers from staff. Asked for towels and toilet paper and we had ran out, said it would be brought up, was never brought up. Had to go down and ask again and get it myself. I think the staff were just going crazy with all the kids and the beer drinking parents there. With all of them it smelled like a bar when we walked it at night. Wouldn't want to stay again with all the kids. Otherwise, a great hotel!”

• Considering the amount of people that stayed thee same night with kids, it was quiet at night.
• The location was not good for me.

“Someone's sock were left in my room which tells me that the room was not cleaned properly, our wake up calls were wrong 2 times and I don't believe that I had a choice of smoking-or-non, was in a smoking room which stuck to high heaven and was told that they were going to send a air cleaner to our room which I never got.”
