• Location.
• Pool and bathroom areas not clean. There was lot of rust, unsanitary looking areas.

“In terms of location the hotel was in an excellent spot. The beach is right across the street. However the pool is very dirty. Looks like it's a collection of rain water but with the beach across the street not a big deal. The sleeping area was really clean. The bathroom needs to be renovated. There was a lot of rust and old looking fixtures that need to be replaced. This hotel is more like a half star instead of a one star. Also there are no elevators so you have to take the stairs. Keep this in mind if you have small children and lots of luggage.”

• Dirty, scary, pool not working, health hazard, front desk closed when arrived.

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms and halls were dirty and just plain scary. Pool was closed, front desk closed when we arrived. In fact, we would not stay in this hotel.”

• Near beach.
• Everything else.

“Old run down, felt unsafe, broken security chain lock, lizard in the bathtub and no way to really secure the bathroom louvers to keep out pests. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. There is no way this hotel should be classified as two star. I at least expected a clean safe room and bed.”

• Dilapidated, needs major renovation.

“Major condo construction next door, very noisy. Wi-Fi worked freely part of time, other part needed a code that wasn't provided. No ventilation fan in bathroom. Had to use a chair to adjust AC. Very run down, was understaffed, no clerk at times during night. Tile flooring, Micro fridge, and cable TV. Location good by beach. Friendly staff.”

• It was basically on the beach.
• It was old, dated, nasty, and I was afraid I was going to catch something!

“The motel is very convenient to the beach, has a pool and a little tike bar. Those are the highlights. The room was decorated like the day it was built probably circa 1966. Its old, smelly, and I'm pretty sure they are making as much money on it as they can so they can tear it down and rebuild. It has not been maintained for quite some time. The people in the pool area were so questionable looking, all I did was barricade myself in the room. Later I noticed that the bathroom window was broken and duct taped back together with plexus glass! I know you get what you pay for, but it was pretty bad.”

• Mold, very unfitting, door knob within hotel to the next room did not exist, nasty!

“Good location that is it. Everything else was no good. Mold, and not taken care of.”

• Beautiful view of Fort Lauderdale Beach.
• Very old, dirty, dingy and run down with no shampoo.

“I would only stay at this hotel again because of the price and location. I felt safe, but wasn't comfortable in my room. The hotel gives the appearance that it is filthy from the moment you enter the lobby. Some renovations would be helpful at this point. I would expect to pay much more for such a location, so that part once again, was a definite benefit!”

• It's location.
• People doing drugs out at the hotel pool and nothing done. Allot of bums around also.

“The hotel is "OK" but I would Never bring a child there and do not rec. it to women traveling alone. Too many bums hang around there no security, and a lot of drug action right out in the open. But the room was clean and it was right on the beach.”

• Free internet, close to beach.
• Drapes were too short for the windows people could see in room.

“This is directly across from the beach and the ocean. it was a cheap place to stay for that kind of access.”

• Nothing, I plan on calling the building inspector, better business bureau and chamber of commerce.
• Falling apart, dirty, exposed wiring, cracked tile in tub, doors, painted room with curtains, mattress dirty and everything, elevator out of order.

“Bad, we checked out the next morning. Check in manager drunk upon arrival 93 degrees, office had no air working, doors not open that's how we knew he was drunk, he smelled, his clothing dirty.”

“I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a remote for the TV, but had one for the AC. Bed was less than economy foam. For a change, too much hot water and no cold water.”

• Across the street from the ocean.
• Kitchenette was old beat up and dirty, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, The hotel door had no security lock on it.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The hotel is old and the room need to be updated. The kitchenette need to torn out and updated.”
