• Convenience to everything we needed.
• Spa prices could be adjusted or discounted for off season.

“I am a first time user of Priceline and now 4 of my friends/family are going to use it. The hotel upgraded us to a room that was exactly what we wanted. If the had not I can't say the stay would have had the same impact. Kudos to Westin. Priceline and Westin will be my choice from now on.”

• I liked the restaurant.
• I was charged additional $183 on my credit card.

“Overall I had a great time. However I was charged additional $183 on my credit card for dinner. I had already been charged for everything the day I left. This needs to be taken care of in a timely matter!”

“Very comfortable. Excellent location with a bridge to access the beach. Don Shula's restaurant on-site is a definite plus (if you are not a vegetarian).”

• It was beautiful and the staff was very attentive.
• Needed a moderately priced choice of restaurant.

“This hotel was just beautiful and the location could not have been better. We had a beautiful room with a head on view of the beach and of the pool below us. This was a true bargain for the price we paid!”

“The Westin Beach Resort meet and far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is recently remodeled and very nice. However what made this one of my best hotel experiences was the staff. Every single individual at that hotel went above and beyond every time and all the time! I cant wait to come back!”

• The room was big and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the pool was HEATED!
• The noise/ construction.

“I would recommend this to people with children. I did not consider it romantic or corporate, but we had a great time and it was conveniently located by the beach and other restaurants.”

“The front desk with room service were superb. As well as they can deliver of food to room and the person at the pool bar was excellent. Westin and this management staff should be very proud of their people, we were very happy.”

• Great location and nice rooms.
• Half of the hotel is under renovation, high parking and valet fees.

“Hotel was great. Rooms are very nice with flat screen HDTV's and tiled bathrooms. A walkway to the beach and the infinity pool were nice. The only negatives were that half the hotel is being renovated and that parking is valet at 25.00 per day, and there are so many people to tip that it got annoying. Overall, great hotel.”

• Proximity to the beach with skywalk to cross over traffic plus pool.

“The Yankee Trader is clean, the staff are friendly, it's proximity to the beach is great. The pools are nice. However, the lighting in common areas e.g. hallways is poor. Overall positive impression.”

• The view was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean.
• I refused to purchase anything from the hotel lobby store, too expensive! $3.50 for 24 oz. water.

“The hotel was lovely and senior friendly. The view from the corner room was great. I requested a change of room from my first night, because the view was not full enough. But, for the rest of time, it was a dream, fantasy come true. The waters from the hotel view were tranquil enough to make one feel at peace with the world. The corner room was fabulous.”

• It was on the beach.
• It is older and needs some renovations.

“This hotel is located in a prime location however it is older and could use some renovations. The housekeeping staff are awesome but the front desk could be friendlier. Parking is easy and affordable in the attached garage.”

• Windows do not open; TVs are old, room outdated.

“Great location, but that's about it. The hotel is old and outdated. The windows are permanently closed, and the ocean breeze is wasted. The furnishings are outdated; the TV was an old tube TV. We were disappointed.”
