• Great location, very friendly check-in, very clean room.
• Housekeeper did not respond to our request as she said she would.

“Excellent location - very friendly staff, very clean and quiet room, super deal on Priceline. Stay here if available anytime, but especially, if you can get this booked on Priceline, do it!”

• It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
• Pool and hot tub closed at 10 pm.

“The hotel was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning service did an excellent job of cleaning the room each day. Great location.”

• I enjoyed the down comforters and comfortable bed.
• I tried to get a roll-away bed for my room and was denied. My son didn't want to share a bed with me, but had to because of this.

“The highlights of this hotel would be the quality bed linens, tropical setting in the pool area with cabanas, and location. It is in a very nice area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The lobby decor was elegant and tasteful, yet the rooms could use a little TLC. I would have appreciated a complimentary continental breakfast, as traveling with 3 teen boys that eat their bodyweight in food a day, can get expensive! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and feel that I got my monies worth at this hotel.”

• No microwave in rooms, limited access to gift shop and coffee.

• Hotel was clean.
• Upon check in gave us the handicapped room, once they looked at the computer.

“They placed us in a handicapped room, when as my husband stated we are not handicapped. They should have saved this room for someone who is truly handicapped.”

• I loved that Starbucks was in the lobby and the Neutrogena products in the bathroom. Great water pressure in shower.
• Our room was right next to I-95, but you could not hear it in our room so it wasn't bad.

“Very comfortable room and beds. The bathroom was missing some tissue and the remote was not in the room (but they did get us one). Very close to the Gardens Mall and our meeting location. Check in was easy and our room was non-smoking with 2 beds just as I requested even though we arrived after 8:30 pm. I would stay there again.”

• The room had a nice appearance, pool area looked really inviting.
• Bed sheets and what not were great, but had a hard time getting comfy. Maybe too stiff a mattress.

“The hotel was very nice. It had a very upscale feel to it from the lobby to the pool to the room. The bed sheets/comforter were very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly.”

• Comfy beds!
• Unsupervised children at pool

“The room I had was absolutely lovely with excellent furnishings and a very comfy bed. Was disappointed that book in hotel indicated lounge was open until 1am, but was only open until 11pm. The pool was excellent, with lovely seating lounges that were downright decadent. About the only downside was the dozen or so teens hanging out at the pool (not swimming or in swim gear) and basically running amok with no adult supervision at all.”

“The Doubletree was conveniently located and the decor was modern and nice. The front desk personnel were super. Christian provided us with a voucher for two free drinks at a local restaurant, which came in handy.”

• The pool area was fantastic and we were really pleased with the service.
• The room was basic but clean. The bathroom needs some updating.

“The wonderful service starts as soon as you walk in the door of this Doubletree Hotel. We were greeted with a warm cookie and helped to find where we were going. They gave good suggestions for restaurants in the area. We are both in the restaurant and in the bar area. The food was good and the service was wonderful.”
