I ask where the nearest place was to buy some feminine items and she told me that I can, had some for free compliments of the hotel! They definitely save me since we were on a budget.”

“Upon arrival, room was unavailable. Elevator was difficult to locate. Room had a stale stench. Tub was stained and did not look properly cleaned. Called front desk specifically for clean wash cloths and towels and took over 45 minutes for them to deliver to my room. (After I reported to the hotel manager and waited for housekeeper at the entrance of my room door for 5 minutes.) Overall, unsatisfying experience.”

“The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling through the light fixture, a definite hazard. Having to move messed up our schedule and no compensation was offered. The pool was also not available on one of the days, but we managed.”

“Arrived early and was happy to get my room. Drive up older style Motor Inn. Discovered that this room had obviously been burglarized as door was split, casing damaged and latch was not secure. The hotel gave me a different room after I called. They obviously knew of this defect. The first room should have never been rented until door unit was replaced. This circumstance made me leery of security at the premises.”

“On returning to our room on the 3rd. Day of our stay there was a huge commercial vacuum running at full speed near the door when we opened it. There had been a major pipe leak. The staff had cut into the wall to find the pipe, pulled up the baseboard & carpet & left things in disarray. This is my first time to get a chance to ask about room comping since we have been away from home since we stayed in Deerfield beach, FL.”

“First impression was clean looking hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Easy access to main highway. Staff was friendly and ready to assist. Nice complimentary breakfast with good available hours. I would advice friends or family to stay here.”

“The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and neat. The stairs and walkway to the room, which was on the third floor, was littered with cigarettes, and if you are a non-smoker, you might need to hold your breathe. The good news is that the non-smoking room smelled fine.”

“I've been used to longer-stay hotels at the 2-star level. This room felt like what I would rate a one-star level room. It didn't have a fridge or microwave, yet I had booked it for 9 days (after the second day getting Wendy's meals morning, afternoon & evening gets old). They also don't seem to understand what "night shift" means, and that I do not want to be disturbed during the day. The maid knocked several times even though I did not want to be disturbed. Honestly I should've notified management, but it was annoying that they can't understand that some people work at night and have to sleep during the day.”
