“This hotel was hosting a very large group of teen girls for a softball tournament so it was noisy. However, the parking, lobby, room, cleanliness and staff were very good. It is very close to Rt 95, so it's a good stopping place. Looked like they catered to meetings and events also.”

“We were treated to a really fun suite of rooms with private patio. The overall facility, decor, etc was somewhat dated...A single room, which is what we would have expected, would have been less thrilling. Overall, it was an OK savings and the staff was extremely pleasant.”

“The hotel was very disappointing,beginning with the poor greeting. The bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and was not swept while we were there. There were small bugs and ants in the bathroom.
Two ice machines were broken ,our floor and the one above.
My greatest concern was there was nothing in the tub to prevent anyone from slipping. VERY DANGEROUS”

“This Hotel is far below the standards of a Hilton. The restaurant is closed. The vending machines and Ice machine were broken most of the time. The computers in the lobby were used by kids to play games instead of available for adults and business and were run down. The rugs in the room were old. This Hotel needs to be renovated or it should lose its status. The location is great and the shuttle is great. We were there for 13 days and never saw any management. Cars were double parked. The exercise room was in poor shape and bad location.”

“I was able to stay at a 3-star hotel for half the suggested retail price for the area, which was GREAT. The only things that didn't really meet my expectations of the room were the bathroom, which was showing its age a little bit (although the housekeeping service kept it beautifully clean), and the room service, which delivered my breakfast about 20 minutes late. That much aside, however, it was a very pleasant experience for a very pleasant price!”

“The hotel staff needs training. I requested on day one that my bed not be touched...For I had work that was organized on top. The request was to clean the bathroom only. This request was ignored. On several occassions. I had the do not disturb sign on the door. This sign was ignored and housekeeping knocked trying to enter. Needless to say, ignored requests are annoying. Also signage to the hotel, could be better. I arrived late at night and did not realize that the turn I made was leading me on to i95. I was told that this happens frequently. It is not obvious that one must enter an "office park" I do stress, however, that the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me back to the hotel. He was terrific.”
