“I think the price I paid was a fair price for what I got. I paid only half price of normal. I would not be happy paying double the price for what I received. The room and hotel is definitely high quality, but I guess it was low season for them. I was disappointed not to have flowers or fruit in a 4-star accommodation. And nothing in the mini-fridge”

“The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you stay in one of the rooms not in the main hotel, it's a long haul to your room. That's the only thing I didn't like about this hotel.”

“The hotel is very modern, nice, light, comfortable lobby. The bed was very comfortable. When we checked in, my husband & I had to argue & say we booked a 4 star, not a hotel with 4 star rooms. We were given a room not in the tower in the area around the pool which had been remodeled - but the bathroom shower did look so remodeled yet - had lots of water damage & dirty grout.”

“When I checked in I was assigned a one star motel room. When I complained I was told their are three levels of rooms. After I complained they moved me to a two star motel room that was refurbished. It was still a ripoff ! It was not four star like I paid for. In addition they charge over $20 to park your car in a regular parking lot next to the lousy motel room.”

“Beautiful hotel located on the harbor. But it was a old room with a leaking, non-working air conditioner. In each instance, we had to move a few times until we were offered a room that was acceptable. Beautiful and huge pool. Only 3 miles to the airport so it was in a great location. Professional and courteous staff.”

“Overall experience great. A few areas of the hotel was a turnoff - 19.95 a day parking! We saved $ for hotel through Priceline.”

“In general it is a great hotel, big rooms, beautifully redecorated, linens and pillows are a delight. Only that they were short of them and the bedskirt was too big and looked clumsy, curtain was ripped and carpet was loose near the bathroom. Great view from the upper floors and good parking only very expensive ($22.00 a day )! I'll stay again anyway, loved it !”

“The staff was wonderful and the updated lanai room was elegant. They need to update the hot tub and clean up the area.”

“The room was large and had a nice flat screen TV and separate dressing area and bathroom. The heater kept on coming on in the night and even though we turned in down many times it still kept coming back on as if it was preset. The sliding glass doors that overlooked the canal had shutters covering them and the middle slat was broken in an open position which was unnoticeable when we checked in, but I was woken up at daybreak with the sun shining on my face. I did not appreciate the $21 charge for parking. I would not stay again.”

“My room was on the first floor faced with a canal; a ship was parked in front of my room. The hotel is divided in two sections, Tower section and 2 floors section surrounding the pool with no sea view, and not at A1A route. The hotel requested additional $30 extra per night if I want to get a room in the tower section.”

“I will not be going back to that hotel. It seemed like just because we booked our trip with a third party vendor they did not care about even having us there.”
