  • Quality of the room; decor, linens, etc.
  • Amenities were sparse (e.g. coffee, no prods in mini frig and beverage machine outside was not stocked).

“I think the price I paid was a fair price for what I got. I paid only half price of normal. I would not be happy paying double the price for what I received. The room and hotel is definitely high quality, but I guess it was low season for them. I was disappointed not to have flowers or fruit in a 4-star accommodation. And nothing in the mini-fridge”

  • The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/vanity area was very accommodating.
  • That it's more like a resort. I prefer to stay in hotel where everything is located inside the hotel.

“The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you stay in one of the rooms not in the main hotel, it's a long haul to your room. That's the only thing I didn't like about this hotel.”

  • Very comfortable bed.
  • Had to argue with front desk to get a 4 star room.

“The hotel is very modern, nice, light, comfortable lobby. The bed was very comfortable. When we checked in, my husband & I had to argue & say we booked a 4 star, not a hotel with 4 star rooms. We were given a room not in the tower in the area around the pool which had been remodeled - but the bathroom shower did look so remodeled yet - had lots of water damage & dirty grout.”

  • Not walking distance from the beach strip.

“Nice clean hotel.”

  • There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

“When I checked in I was assigned a one star motel room. When I complained I was told their are three levels of rooms. After I complained they moved me to a two star motel room that was refurbished. It was still a ripoff ! It was not four star like I paid for. In addition they charge over $20 to park your car in a regular parking lot next to the lousy motel room.”

  • Swimming pool was large and beautiful!
  • Leaking air conditioner, $19 parking fee, no complimentary breakfast.

“Beautiful hotel located on the harbor. But it was a old room with a leaking, non-working air conditioner. In each instance, we had to move a few times until we were offered a room that was acceptable. Beautiful and huge pool. Only 3 miles to the airport so it was in a great location. Professional and courteous staff.”

  • Pool and spacious room.
  • Parking fee - 19.95 a day! Plus walking distance from parking to room.

“Overall experience great. A few areas of the hotel was a turnoff - 19.95 a day parking! We saved $ for hotel through Priceline.”

  • Wonderful views from all rooms, great location.
  • The housekeeping doesn't check the rooms.

“In general it is a great hotel, big rooms, beautifully redecorated, linens and pillows are a delight. Only that they were short of them and the bedskirt was too big and looked clumsy, curtain was ripped and carpet was loose near the bathroom. Great view from the upper floors and good parking only very expensive ($22.00 a day )! I'll stay again anyway, loved it !”

  • The pool area was amazing, very relaxing.
  • Not really near the beach, I did ask for a beach hotel.

“Great hotel, very nice clean and amazing pool area.”

  • The bed, luxury linens, down pillows and wide screen TV.
  • No fan in bathroom, no light above tub/shower.

“Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable surroundings.”

  • The room in the lansi area was recently renovated and beautiful.
  • The pool area around the hot tub was outdated and the hot tub was dirty, not very warm and half the jets were broken.

“The staff was wonderful and the updated lanai room was elegant. They need to update the hot tub and clean up the area.”

  • The inner courtyard and pool were spectacular.
  • The towel bar in our room was comming off the wall, the toilet was wobbly as well.

“The courtyard and pool were paradise! Can I come and live there?”

  • Large room.
  • The hotel is trying to use its name to attract business.

“The room was large and had a nice flat screen TV and separate dressing area and bathroom. The heater kept on coming on in the night and even though we turned in down many times it still kept coming back on as if it was preset. The sliding glass doors that overlooked the canal had shutters covering them and the middle slat was broken in an open position which was unnoticeable when we checked in, but I was woken up at daybreak with the sun shining on my face. I did not appreciate the $21 charge for parking. I would not stay again.”

“My room was on the first floor faced with a canal; a ship was parked in front of my room. The hotel is divided in two sections, Tower section and 2 floors section surrounding the pool with no sea view, and not at A1A route. The hotel requested additional $30 extra per night if I want to get a room in the tower section.”

  • Well after the
AC broke they put us right next to the elevator but it had a nice view. If you like sleeping with ear plugs that they gave for free.
  • The extra 24 dollars per day for parking.

“I will not be going back to that hotel. It seemed like just because we booked our trip with a third party vendor they did not care about even having us there.”
