• kitchen!!!...could OPEN the windows!!!
• Powerful Lights outside at the back are lighting straight into the room, making night a day. BAD! I like to keep the windows open to BREATH FRESH air

“windows are screwed up by installed locks to "PREVENT" guests from opening them to much..??!!...BUT I'm not going let the hotel to tell me how to open the windows. I broke the freaking locks and opened the windows completely.Not only that, the windows could be stopped from sliding back down. NO locks for fixed position.I used metal shelves from the fridge to keep the open.Please let them know to make the windows people "friendly".I HATE Air Cond. This is not 50s or 60s..70s..when people couldn't accept hotels without AC.CHANGE!”

• The staff was nice and it was nice to have a clean kitchen.
• Hard bed, A/C musty and noisy, no pool.

“Overall, it was an decent place. The bed was clean, but really hard. The shower was nice (good water pressure) and bathroom clean. The kitchenette was really convenient and clean. The air conditioner made lots of noise and had a musty odor. Also, the refrigerator made knocking sounds. I do really wish it would have had a pool. Even Motel 6 has one. Overall, good place to stay very briefly and cheaply, which in this economy means a lot.”

“This hotel stay was definitely worth the money spent. The location is near the interstate, which is convenient for business travel. However, it is also near a run down neighborhood. Overall, a good stay and service.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The rooms are a little outdated.

“It's just off I-95 so you can go north or south at a minutes notice. The internet actually works extremely well compared to most hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are on business for a few days of a few weeks, this is a great spot to consider.”

• It's right next door to a cracker barrel.
• I did not feel safe walking to and from the parking lot alone at night.

“Very nice staff and very clean room. Cracker barrel next door is a plus. I would not recommend this place to women who are staying there alone. The parking lot did not feel safe. I checked out before dark and moved someplace else the second night out of the two nights I had reserved.”

• Kitchen facility with amenities of microwave, stove, dishes, etc.
• Had no breakfast facility.

“This hotel was perfect for our needs since the location was near many retail establishments and since we had an emergency situation with our car we were able to take care of that emergency quickly and continue on with our trip.”

“This hotel is fine for the business traveler who needs a quiet place to sleep. It is not for people who want to come back to a nice place after a day on vacation.”

• It was good value for the money.
• We had to cut our stay short because of an emergency.

“I was not expecting a very nice room because of the price and the name. I was surprised and the small kitchen was welcomed as we have certain dietary need and we just went to the supermarket (very close) and bought what we needed. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but not bad. I asked for an extra bed pillow and was given one immediately. I would stay there again.”

• It was clean, convenient, and economical.
• Not having staff available after 11 pm.

“The hotel staff was friendly. The room was spacious and all appliances worked. Everything was as expected and the value was tremendous. I would highly recommend.”

“It is right off the highway, very convenient, to everything. The kitchens could be supplied a little better they have the bare minimum. Hotel is clean and great for the price.”

• When we left.
• No hair dryer, no room service, no wake up call.

“This was listed as a 2 star moderate hotel. The actual rating should have been a negative 2 star. If we wanted clean towels, we had to take our dirty ones to desk to exchange. There were no ice machines as they had 2 ice trays in refrigerator located (supposedly). No wake up calls, after all, there was an alarm clock in the room.”

• Front desk staff was very pleasant.
• Dirty carpets; foul smelling, air conditioner on 3rd floor broken.

“The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hallways and rooms are not well kept and furnishings are run down. This is called a cheap hotel. Very uncomfortable, will not return.”
