• Right on the beach. Kind of neat if you like retro.
• Fridge was a little flaky.

“Nice atmosphere. Room a little small but we got a great rate for right on the beach in February. If you will be on the beach all day and in a club most of the night what more do you want?”

• Location, clean, and price not bad for location.
• Rooms where small.

“Rooms are small but price is cheap for its how close it is to South Miami beach, FL. staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, and hotel overlooks the beach. I would return for a future stay.”

• Nice modern decor, comfortable bed, great location to beach.
• Very small room, not within walking distance of majority of bars, restaurants, shopping.

“Room was small but clean with fun, modern decor. The bed was comfortable. Great location to the beach, literally just across the street, but was not located in the best of neighborhoods. And not within walking distance of south beach art deco district or majority of other bars, restaurants and shopping. The "continental breakfast" was nothing more than juice and tiny muffins. Staff was friendly. Overall, nice place to stay for a couple without kids if you don't plan on spending much time in the room, and just need a place to sleep and shower.”

• Everyone was very friendly and went the extra mile.
• The noise at nights was too much. The area is not that attractive due to there being several homeless people living under the trees on the beach.

“Clean and friendly service. Helpful with many things. Attentive to needs. Room service seems to be limited. They don't go early to the rooms, if they make it there at all. Good beaches. Close to restaurants and other facilities. Bad portion was the homeless people on the beach. We did see police activity frequent during our stay.”

• Comfortable bed, responsive staff.
• Tile floors + too high air conditioning. I was freezing, in Miami! and the room was too small.

“The room was small but the bed was comfortable. This is really more of a business convenience hotel than anything else. Barely enough room around the bed to walk, much less have a desk and chair. the staff, however, was very helpful when we had an issue with the cable they showed up in less than 2 minutes to fix the problem. the shower spills water onto the floor, but a towel on the floor prevents slippage. overall I would stay here again for convenience.”

• Service was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Noisy on weekends. Walls were thin; door had gaps.

“For the price it was worth it. The location was very good. The staff was very helpful. The accommodations were quite basic, but about what you should expect for that price, especially in Miami beach. The biggest problem was that the hotel was noisy, especially on weekend nights. The walls were thin and the door had gaps. Also rude gets would thump their suitcases down the steps at 6:00 am on Sunday morning on their way to check out. The staff did move me to a quieter room when I asked.”

• Very good location in front of the ocean in a calm area of Miami beach.
• Breakfast area no table available to take breakfast.

• Location was excellent. Friendly and helpful hotel staff- I would recommend this hotel to others.
• Too much noise coming from the hallways early in the morning. Would recommend that one not stay in a room near front of hotel.

“This hotel was well worth the price I paid for it. I would consider staying here again and would certainly recommend it to a friend.”
