“Room had sand on the rug, one drinking glass was left in room, the remote was missing a battery and the back portion. The extra added valet, $30, the resort fee of an extra $10 per person, if you wanted to pay cash there was a $25 fee for that too. The staff was not willing to provide fast, or pleasant service, they seemed bothered if you had a question.”
