• Staff very helpful, and beach and boardwalk close and nice.
• Market place too small with not enough items. Needs coffee shop.

“Did not get an ocean front room as confirmed, but nice room with 2 queen beds. Bath/shower nice and clean as well as room. Not enough vending/market place choices. Needs to consider coffee vendor better snacks.”

• Pool & all amenities were great.
• The first room was small with parking lot view. Upgraded for another room that was right next to elevator. Noisy all night.

• Common areas were clean and attractive.
• Pool facilities were too small for the demand.

“The hotel was clean and attractive. A decent location but expect to drive or walk a long distance in order to arrive at any Miami Beach destinations. Front desk staff were pleasant. Maid staff never cleaned our room during our 3 day stay. The pool was attractive but was overwhelmed by the guests and a lack of hotel supervision made the pool area unruly at times. Parking was $22/day and beach chairs were $10/day, excessive in my opinion. The Tiki Bar was a nice feature. The Beach was very nice as well.”

• Right on the beach, convenient tiki bar with live music, be sure to request a room with balcony and ocean view.
• Maid service was not always consistent they cleaned everyday but not at the same time, not a problem though for us.

“I loved it. This hotel is beautiful. Right on the ocean, nice pool and outdoor restaurant with live music! And just past that, is the beach. Definitely would have liked to have a room with a balcony though, next time! Also there's a nice boardwalk between the beach and tiki bar, very romantic and long. The bars or clubs are only a short taxi ride away, about $10 to about 7th street. I will definitely be going back!”

• On the water, 10 minutes to south beach by taxi.
• Limited food and shopping within walking distance but easy access to bus and taxi to south beach.

“It was right on the water and easy to take a bus or taxi down to the night life and shopping of south beach. Very comfortable and clean.”

• NO parking!@!!! only valet!!

• Location is perfect, and the hotel itself is very nice.
• Valet parking could be run more smoothly.

“We are planning to use this hotel on all further trips to Miami. There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the hotel, the beach facilities are great, and there is a boardwalk right behind the beach to run on. Really cool builing as well.”

• The pool and out door seating area located on Miami Beach was beautiful and very relaxing.
• They adapted their attitude and service based on the price that we paid for the room. It was unprofessional non-customer service oriented.

“The hotel itself was very clean and attractive. I would rate it over all as average. I am frustrated since upon my return there are additional incidental charges on my credit card that should not be there. I am in the process of disputing and determining what they are.”

• The bell staff and check-in staff were over-the-top helpful and acommodating.
• The breakfast served was disgusting and overpriced, and the line servers were rude.

“This hotel is located far enough from SoBe that you are removed from the action, but centrally located, generally speaking. It's located right on the boardwalk that runs from 15th to 46th Streets, which is a plus. Short cab ride to SoBe, and the staff was more than happy to have one waiting for you. It's the standard chain hotel room, with a corporate-feeling Art Deco touch.”
