• Great location with wonderful pool and beach.
• Lobby under construction and double beds and rooms were small.

“We liked the hotel and the location with beach and pool. We called ahead to reserve a room with 2 double beds because we were traveling with an 11 and 13 yr old. When we arrived they gave us a room with 1 king size bed and we ended up having to change the room so much for calling ahead. Double beds were tiny and the room was small and cramped but clean and well decorated.”

• Incredible staff, amazing architecture, fantastic view from rooms, great restaurants.
• Overpriced water/mini-bar and incidental fees.

“The resort is out of this world. From first class architecture, to the top notch service and hospitality provided by the staff, to the amazing restaurants, this is a first class facility all around. Excellent stay. Would recommend the resort without hesitation.”

• Beautiful and well maintained. Great staff.
• They nickel and dime you for everything including lounge chairs at the beach.

“Overall this hotel always meets or exceeds my expectations. From the moment you are checked in and throughout my stay, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and they even fulfilled a request for an ocean view balcony.”

• Beautiful hotel excellent pool free internet in lobby.
• The wait for service at Sunday brunch was excessive.

• Filthy rugs and huge amounts of dust.

“Surly staff, overcharged for everything. Filthy room, failed to deliver on promises. I will never stay there again. Way too expensive for no service.”

• Furniture in the room is showing its age.

“One of the largest hotels in South Florida with over 900 rooms and banquet facilities. Runs like a perfect clock, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.”

• High cost of water, coffee beverages. I would purchase off sight next time. Everything else was great!

“We had a wonderful and relaxing trip at the Westin. It is a gorgeous hotel and most of the staff was quick to help you out with whatever it was that you needed. In valet parking, provided us with tips on where to dine.”

• Top level hotel, fantastic location and very attentive staff.
• Nothing.

“This amazing resort faces the ocean and has 2 great swimming pools. The service level is excellent and the staff is very attentive. It is connected to the other hotel with the Golf & Spa. There is a shuttle every 30 min if you want to enjoy the Spa. I would strongly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.”

• The location was excellent and it appeared to be newly remodeled. Everything was very nice.
• Nothing.

“We checked in and requested 2 doubles for 4 as we were staying here pre-cruise with our 2 boys. We were accommodated and given a room with a view of the marina opposite the ocean, which was nice. The hotel was very nice and could very well be rated a 3 star. I have stayed in 3 stars that were not nearly as nice. We had a great trip!”

• A little far from dining and nightlife.

• The sheets kept coming out on the bed, leaving us on the mattress. They are too small for the bed.

• Just about everything, the pool, the view, the balcony and a great bathroom.
• $22 for valet.

• Nice golf course. Friendly golf staff. Nice room and view.
• Shuttle to golf course and spa was unreliable. Hotel front desk staff and manager were very unhelpful in addressing and resolving issue.

“Excellent hotel located on beautiful Hollywood beach. Great views and well furnished hotel room. Quality of service and food in cafe restaurant could be significantly improved. It would be nice if beach walkway extended from Hollywood all the way to hotel and if outside restaurants were more conveniently (i.e., more closely) located. Certain front desk hotel staff isn't up to par for a major resort. Wonderful golf course. Challenging and interesting layout. Very helpful and friendly golf staff. Heads up to troon for managing this location so well.”

• Very friendly staff. Always open doors for you when arriving. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
• People on our floor were very noisy late at night. Not the hotels fault.
