• Clean, convenient, free shuttles, and friendly staff.

“Very convenient (free shuttles picked us up at airport upon arrival and took us to our cruise ship upon departure). Room was clean and quiet. Staff helped us to find a nice local restaurant for dinner.”

• Had kitchen, fridge, and microwave.
• Ants in the room not a lot but there were some randomly around.

“Good hotel, 1/2 hour walk to beach, not a bad walk, good exercise. Halls smelled but probably because smoking was allowed at some points. Nice that there is a kitchen. I had to keep all the food in the fridge because I saw ants; other than that the room was clean. The only bath stuff included is soap; shampoo is at front desk. Bring a scrubber to wash dishes. Shopping centers in area that you can walk to with super markets. There is a sun trolley that takes you to the beach some days it is free other days you have to pay $1.00. Airport taxi is about $15.”

• Very close to cruise port offered free shuttle.
• Unprofessional night time front desk staff

“What struck me most about this hotel was the very unprofessional desk staff when we checked in at midnight. The woman wore a doo rag scarf on her head and was very unpolished. Not what I expected. However, she checked us in, the unit was clean, although with a cracked window. We only stayed a few hours so it was fine enough.”
