“We had a 2 night reservation for the Miami boat show and were suddenly faced with an emergency with a family member which meant we could not make the trip. I called more than 24 hours ahead of time and explained the situation. Because the Miami boat show is in town, and there are no rooms, they will now rent the room again and get a bonus.”
