• The highest level of service that you would expect from The Ritz-Carlton
• If you don't get an ocean view room, you will have a view of the exterior wall of the hotel next door.

“This is a brand new Ritz-Carlton hotel, which was constructed partly by renovating an old hotel, and adding new wings and amenities. The hotel itself is exquisite with the finest of everything you would expect from The Ritz- Carlton. The rooms are VERY small, and the views are BAD if you do not get an ocean view. The location of the hotel is perfect for a visit to South Beach, close to Ocean Drive and right at the intersection of Collins Avenue and Lincoln Road. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is located right on famous Miami Beach. Overall, an excellent hotel, with the finest in service and amenities. Just watch the room rates which could be surprisingly high, and do not accept any room without an ocean view, otherwise you could be looking at a wall during your dream vacation to Miami Beach.”
