Great pool. .
Bad housekeeping. .

“Hotel room was nice and spacious. Nice bathroom. However, the customer service was eh. Housekeeping is supposed to be from 9-3 pm. We came back to the hotel around 6 pm and then, notified the front desk. They told us to go to the second floor and find housekeeping to let them know. Isn't that part of the job? How hard is it to pick up a phone and let them know? Also, we had an iron mark on our bed and loose strings on the comforter. .”
