• Great value for best location. However, this is not a full amenity hotel.

• Clean, good location.
• Unfriendly desk staff, noises echo throughout hotel.

“The appearance and cleanliness was very nice but the unfriendly desk staff really ruined the stay. The noise was loud from other rooms and even people walking on the tile floors in the hallway.”

• Hotel Delores was stylish with Art Deco them and close to all major attractions.

“The location was great but other than WiFi and the normal hotel amenities such as room service or any kind of dinning was available. The staff was non impolite but not overtly friendly either. Rooms were not as clean as they should be.”

• The room decor was excellent, stylish and comforting.

“Hotel exceeded my expectations. Very nice lobby and very clean and friendly staff. The room was very clean and neat. The decor was perfect for its size and style. The bedroom was very nice and well lit. The bathroom was spotless clean.”

• It was very clean and comfortable.
• Maid service was terrible and very noisy.

“Although the room was not made for more than one person it was very clean and comfortable. However, the maid service was horrible (took almost the whole day for room to be cleaned and hopefully they left you some linen for the next day) and it was very noisy (if it wasn't the maid who was noisy it was the trucks coming down the alley). I guess since it was only a 2.5 star hotel it was ok.”

• Renovated, clean, exceed expectation.
• Slamming doors.

“Great hotel, but disappointment comes from south beach itself these days. It is clearly on a downturn as a vacation spot. The quality of visitors, especially on weekends, makes it trashy looking. Service at restaurants is poor and on the beach is nonexistent. Overall impression is of second grade destination.”

• It was in a great location and had everything I needed for my short trip to Miami.
• The rooms are extremely small and the breakfast had barely anything to offer.

“I took a short trip to Miami for a wedding and I wanted something I could afford, but got decent ratings. Overall, for two nights it was fine. The rooms were clean and everything seemed fairly new. However, the room was extremely small. It was so small that I didn't want to spend any excess time in it. The breakfast literally offered tiny mini muffins, one kind of yogurt, orange juice, ice water, and coffee and tea.”

• Location.
• Small size of rooms and untidy outside.

“Pretty basic but stylish. Breakfast consists of mini muffin and raspberry yoghurt. Rooms very clean and of a nice standard. The outside lets it down. Location is great, you can walk everywhere. Overall, pretty good.”

• Clean and in midst of South Beach attractions.
• No dinning area for breakfast, breakfast was minimal.

“Hotel was very clean and acceptable. The price we received was good. Would recommend it to others.”

• Nothing as it was possibly to worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
• I was not able to sleep as their fire alarm went off through out the night.

“The hotel staff is not interested in your comfort or your nights rest. The lower rooms have a dirty musty smell. I stayed in room and although the musty smell was not as bad it was still there. The fire alarm made noise all night long after several calls down to the front desk. I realized to my horror that the front desk was not able to do anything and the so called manager on duty was not coming to rectify the situation. I was not able to sleep what so ever. I asked several times to talk to the general manager; he never called or attempted to contact me. I would rather st
