• proximity to airport, shopping centers etc.
• Bit looks rundown

• The staff made an effort to be helpful.
• Shabby and dirty beyond belief. You should have paid me to stay there. Take them off your list as they make you look bad.

“Dirty, shabby, decrepit. The elevator was like something out of the Triangle Shirt waste fire. It was also impossible to find and far from the airport. Nevertheless the staff tried there best to be helpful. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed in and that's saying a lot. Belongs in the third world.”

• The only elevator was filthy and needed work.

• The rooms were clean, the location was convenient.
• The outside area, walkways etc were dirty, the pool area was untidy.

“This is an older hotel in a very convenient location although 4 miles from the Airport. The rooms were clean although the bed sheets had seen better times! The outside area's, walkways etc were un-swept and could have used some water wash
