• Great location. Informative and friendly staff.
• I saw a large roach on the staircase between the lobby and 1st floor.

“The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is also centrally located, so you're close to everything, therefore you do not need to rent a car. The hotel offers free tickets to area nightclubs (including the one next door to the hotel), and the hotel has a very nice roof-top pool that overlooks the city and ocean. I give this hotel an "A".”

• Location was good.
• Had a big problem with plumbing. Toilet was broken and water was all over the bathroom.

“Location was good but really bad smell coming from the beach from the sea weeds. Very tight space to move the cars inside. As mentioned above toilet broken and with overflow of water going all over the bathroom and more. ”

• The front desk staff was top-notch!
• The rooms do not have refrigerators.

“Excellent location. Walking distance to everything thus removing the need for a rental car. The front desk staff was very accomodating/helpful. Hotel was very clean too.”

• Valet Parking and Front Desk service was friendly and courteous.
• We did not enjoy the service at breakfast, too abrupt!

“This hotel is up to standard for the Courtyard Marriotte. Walk to the beach is very convenient however it is situated in a very heavy traffic location and therefore there were hardly a place for proper parking. There were some parking facilities but they were not reasonable for overnight parking. The hotel all day parking is $21.00. The best breakfast we had was at a little Bakery house on 15th and Washington Ave. ran by women who really cares about their cafe con leches and fine baked goods.”

• I paid too much. The priceline price did not include breakfast,

“The location is in a bad part of town. I did not feel safe there, and it was very noisy in the room itself. People were shouting outside our room at 3:00 am and again at 5:30 am.”

• It was only five minutes from where my relative was located.
• I did not dislike anything about this hotel.

• The location was wonderful for the nightlife. Parking was a little expensive, but was convenient.
• I asked for a non-smoking room and my room reeked of cigarettes.

“This hotel has a great location if you want to be in the middle of all the nightlife! The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff is very helpful.”

• The staff were very accommodating. The hotel was located in a great place.
• No room service.

“It was delightful. 3 minutes from the beach and the Ocean Dr. strip. The staff was accommodating. Parking is $21/day, though my rate was so low.”

• The rooms were surprisingly nice. Perfect location, really nice staff.
• The cost of valet parking.

“We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Hotel was when we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location for us was perfect. We could walk to great restaurants and clubs. We saved a few bucks by parking in the public lot for 3 out of the 4 nights.”

• Excellent customer service! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• No hot tub/spa with the rooftop pool.

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was great. We had 2 rooms for our group, and they worked with us on the type of rooms we would like and coordinated it so that our rooms were right near each other on the same floor. The rooms were very large and clean. I was surprised because I've heard typical rooms in South Beach are very tiny. These rooms were certainly large enough to accommodate 3 people. We were also very pleased with the location. I had read a couple reviews that this was not in a nice area. There were several restaurants, clubs, and an outdoor pedestrian mall with shops and vendors all in walking distance. We felt safe and satisfied with everything! Overall a great experience”

• Location is great
• Double bed rather than 2 singles, mistake, but changed us in the end. But smoking room with kids was not great

“Great location, great staff. Right in heart of shopping area and Lincoln road. Great restaurants around too. 2 blocks from Beach. Could not be better.”

“For a 2.5 star hotel, me and my daugther was very impressed. It had a rooftop pool, free high speed internet, continental and full breakfast plus many more facilites...rooms were big and very nice, even had couch and coffetables”

“When I checked into my room, it was apparent that it had not been completely cleaned. I informed the front desk, and after apologizing profusely, the hotel manager arrived at my door and relocated me to another room. Other than that one snafu, I found the staff extremely cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and I considered it a good value for the money, especially in that area.”
