• worst service ever

“the hotel is poorly run and mismanaged. upon arriving, there was no record of our reservation, even after several phone confirmations weeks prior. the hotel did nothing to accommodate the situation that we were put in, and we were forced to stay elsewhere.”

• Location, location, location - perfect, we were near everything!
• Smokey/dirty hotel, plumbing and A/C problems.

“The A/C didn't work in the first room we checked into. The sink in our second room was clogged with a cigarette butt and who knows what else...it took two requests to have it corrected. Towels were not clean and the entire place was pretty gross. The only good thing I can say about this place is it's location - it's literally in the middle of South Beach on Collins, so access to clubs/beach/bars/food was perfect.”

• The only thing I like was the bathroom
• I strongly disagree with this hotel, the smell.

“This hotel looks nice in the picture but when you there is complete different, the smell, the bets, the covers, the noise everithing is ugly. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed at.”

• location was the best quality of the hotel
• it seemed rundown, dirty, and run by incompetant people

“The hotel was The Franklin, in South Beach, Miami, not the Animal Kingdom first of all, and the price I got for this 2 star hotel had to be only for it's location. The bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain and ceiling and the washcloth from the guest before me was left in the room. No real tv. The carpets were dirty and almost worn through. The beds were adequate. Housekeeping barged in one day WITH the "do not disturb" sign hanging on my door, and every afternoon when I would return to the hotel, my room key would not work and I'd have to have a new one re-issued. Total inconvenience. The lobby and hallways, etc, of the hotel were dirty and dusty. ”

“I had a room with only one bed and there were 4 of us staying in the room. Only 2 towels in the bathroom which is unsatisfactory.”
