“If you want to stay in the heart of South Beach and you don't care about the room which you'll only use to sleep in and you don't care about parking and you're single and maybe fairly young its great for the price.”

“I really had no expectations going in, however I was very pleasantly surprised with the room I got. The Nash is right in the center of Miami and the South Beach experience (literally 2 blocks from the Versace mansion.) The hotel has been beautifully restored and maintained by the current owners. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Our room overlooked the terrace where a trio of dipping pools sparkled in in the sun. A few floors below our window we could see a lovely sun deck with chaises and tables. The pool terrace was was edged with flowers and tropical plants, and provided a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Overall, our stay was excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Stains everywhere. Paid the price but didn't stay at that hotel, what a waste of money.”

“The hotel was not up to any standards. I'm surprised that Priceline is positioning this as a 3 1/2 star hotel. Please visit this place yourself. I think it would be best for your business if you remove this hotel from your list.”

“This hotel is located near all the action of South Beach, and a short walk away from the ocean. Friendly staff, however the room had an older saggy bed with stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom was nicely updated but had mildew stains in the tile shower. Also the views from the room left much to be desired.”

“The hotel attempted to add an extra charge and the staff person was very rude. The rude greeting started the visit off on the wrong note. The hotel had an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine! I expected much more for the price.”

“Interesting room and lobby quite pretty. However single queen bed was not acceptable, nor expected. Also what is up with a $10.00 resort fee? This is not a resort. No coffee pot, no morning coffee anywhere in hotel.”

“I would not recommend or ever stay at Hotel Nash ever in my life. I called a day before about the parking and they said they had valet. That night it started to rain so we decided to go eat at the hotels restaurant well we sat ourselves down and waited and waited. The server finally comes after 10 minutes to take our drink order. I ordered a ice tea and my husband ordered a margarita. The margarita comes out but my ice tea never did. I kept asking the server about it and he said they are making it, I told him to just cancel it.”

“The Nash is the worst hotel I've stayed in in a long time, way overpriced and they nickel and dime you for resort fees for a non-existent resort. Terrible place, room was dirty and covered in paint. You could hear everything in the floor above and the bed felt like cheap plastic.”

“Extra $10 resort fee per day is ridiculous. This is not a resort in any way. $25 per day for valet parking is high. $25/day for third person bed.”

“This hotel is great for location. Has seen some action, but is clean. Staying in Miami Beach, one rarely spends too much time in the room, so it was about location and staff help for suggesting rest. to eat, and area activities. The food from the restaurant not bad at all.”

“For a South Beach mid level hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was bright, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but being such an old building, not surprising. The bath products were really nice. However, the water in my shower didn't get much hotter than warm, and when I mentioned it to the front desk (three times) there was never an explanation as to why it wasn't fixed. Very laid back staff. And when the bar tender didn't show up to work, the desk girl made a mojito for my husband and didn't really know how to do it, yet charged the $15 price. There is a resort fee with this hotel, but all it gets you is internet service. At the beach you have to pay for a chair and umbrella, unlike other SB hotels where that is included.”

“Very mediocre experience with understaffed customer service personel. Rooms and beds rather small and below expectations. Clean hotel and not a horrible place. But not located on beach or offering anything special; certainly not worthy of more than 2.5 stars.”

“I would return to the Nash Hotel if I'm back in South Beach. It set us right in the Art Deco district, a block from the beach, and even had a hot spa pool. The room was small and clean in white and wood. The service was excellent and I had internet service in the room for no extra charge.”

“The lobby was not very impressive, the lobby chairs were dirty. The three little pools need to be re-grouted, and the jets were also broken. This hotel has a lot of potential, but a make-over is in need. The beds were terrible, and the pillows were old and flat. The rooms are simple and small. The first room I stayed in was clean; the second room had scuffs on the walls, a burn on the desk, and stains on furniture. There was a hair in the shower.”
