“GREAT! The rooms are the size of a small apartment! I have never seen something like this before. The pool was heated and food that they had was great too. Near a few beaches!”

• The room was great. Clean and roomy.
• Nonsmoking room was adjacent to smokers rooms a little smelly.

• Good location.
• Not worth the price, unable to communicate with staff about no water problem.

“This hotel did not accept the price we offered on the first try. We agreed to their price because of wanting in this area/location. We were disappointed with the pool because it was not clean nor was the area around the pool and the hot tub was covered in warped dirty boards. When I wanted to shower before the tub water would not turn on. The office was closed for the night at this time. This was a totally unacceptable room that should have not been rented to anyone for a overnight stay. The next morning my husband tried to talk to the clerk about this problem and he turned away and ignored my husband. Another clerk came in later and she did not speak English so, we were not able to communicate with her and she could not give my husband a credit card receipt or tell us when someone would be there that could talk to us. This night was a disaster and I am sure that our credit card will reflect extra charges that we will question.”

• Location on main road with access to food and shopping.
• Room had very heavy smoke smell numerous cigarette burn marks.

“Mentioned strong smoke smell in the room to staff when arrives at room. Cleaning staff that just finished cleaning, the room can in and sprayed around the room, acted like there was no problem and like there were no over rooms available. The spray did little to nothing to cover the smoke smell. Could not sleep well all night and got up and checked out early to get away for smell. Room and hotel in general did not appear to have been renovated or updated in 15 to 20 years.”

• I stayed on two different times during my trip. My room on the third floor was much better than my room on the 1st floor.
• The air conditioner in room 156 could not be adjusted or turned off.

“It was ok and I could see that they (staff) were trying to improve this hotel.”

• Dirty, dirty, dirty------------.

“The parking lot was full of garbage, cans, broken bottles I went to my room and it was in bad need of repairs, the phone did not work, the tile in the shower were all cracked and broken,, the caulking around the tub was so dirty that I was afraid to get in and of all things, I had to go to the desk to get a wash cloth only to find that they did not even have a wash cloth! The vending machines were broken on the second floor, there was not even a coffee maker to be found, and no I did not find it to be a nice visit at all.”

• Front desk staff gave us good dinner recommendation.
• Dirty- price completely overrated.

“Would not recommend the hotel to anybody. Area seemed not to be very safe with a trailer park close by. The rooms were shabby and were not clean at all. We had a bad experience.”

• I liked the locations it gets you to places fast.
• Service was horrible, hotel staff was very rude.

“The outside does not look like a days inn. I¿ve been to a lot of days inn hotels and this really disappointed me. It was really a bad experience. The people that work there, needs to take a guest service class to learn how to treat the guests better.”

• Dirty, in a bad unsafe neighborhood.

“This hotel was in such a bad neighborhood and had 30 guys standing outside of it; I did not even stay at this hotel, even though it was already paid for. My life meant more to me.”
