• WiFi internet access was great.
• No king bed with a separate area and a pullout was available.

“Parking was free and accessible. Public areas were nice and the workout area looked pretty good. Public bathroom was a disaster the one time I used it, but the apparently addressed it quickly after I notified them. They gave us a refrigerator to use at no charge, but it stopped working in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful even on New Years Eve and Day.”

• We were treated with the utmost professionalism by the staff. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful.
• There is a need for a car to enjoy the area.

“The concierge lounge is staffed by very efficient and warm staff who truly make you feel welcome. I would recommend the fee if you are not a platinum member. The manager is there to assist you at all times. He was a pleasure to meet.”

• They upgraded me to executive floor with accompanying privileges.
• Hot tub wasn't operational, but they offered to let me use the Weston's.

“Great value, very nice experience. The breakfast served on executive floor was very good. Evening setup was also very nice. Staff were very helpful. This is a well managed property. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Ft Lauderdale.”

• Convenient location
• No refrig or microwave,

“Beautiful and romantic hotel, computers with internet access in the lobby, immaculately cleaned each day. Most noticeable is that the cleaning staff were quiet and didn't have a bunch of carts crowding the hallways.”

• Easy and clean.
• Hot tub was out of order.

“Due to a storm the hotel lost power for 18 hours. The room was hot and we were on back up generator for lights. The staff was as helpful as possible and the comped us breakfast for the discomfort. We were glad to be on the 5th floor because the elevators were out of order. They truly made the best of a bad situation.”

• Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Cozy.
• Power was out when we arrived and we walked 3 flights of very wet (dangerous) strairs outside.

“We were both surprised at the quality of this hotel. For the price, it was way better than expected. More of a business style dinning room/ lobby, but for us as a couple, we really enjoyed our huge room! It was clean and spacious with lots of extras. We had free wi-fi in our room and we had a nice big television. Shower and bathroom were spotless and we had coffee that we could brew the next morning. Very pleasant evening.”

• The hotel it self was very nice.
• House keeping staff was very sloppy in there job.

“The pool, spa and gym were great, the lobby was great, the front desk were quick to respond to your request. But house keeping hardly made the bed and forgot to leave fresh towels it in, it self ruined the stay.”
