• Cleanliness, helpful staff, nearness of good place to eat.
• Please get another shower chair or two. We Boomers are getting shaky on our pins.

“Granted, Fairmont, WV is not a premier travel destination. However, I have stayed in this motel 7 or 8 times and always found it to be clean, quiet, and altogether pleasant. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10 is that they have only one shower chair and it goes with the handicapped accessible room, period. I wish they would get an extra chair for those of us who can walk, but not well. The staff are always helpful, kind, and generous. There is a Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot. If you need to stay overnight in Fairmont, I don't think you could find a better place.”

• Convenient to interstate and next to Cracker Barrel.
• Room had bad odor not associated with smoking.

• Extremely clean and very quiet.
• Day before checkout was called at 11:30 pm, woke up having to dress and go to desk to clear up their error.

“Hotel was very clean and extremely quiet throughout the entire stay. Would recommend.”

• Location.
• Lots of moisture! No ventilation in the bathroom, there was a fan in there but it did not ventilate. Air conditioner did not get cold.

“Ok for passing thru and a place to lay your head as long as you don't expect much. I would stay there again.”

• Trash was outside window and trash truck came at 3am.

“Hotel room was clean and had plenty of room. There was a lot of road noise and they have trash pickup at 3 in the morning. I hope if you stay here you do not have the honor of staying in a room near the trash dumpster. Other then that not a bad place to stay. Just ask for a room away from the road and trash.”

• Very clean and beyond expectations for the price.
• Continental breakfast area was in a walkway from door to rooms-had to pass through to get to rooms.
