• Clean and nice.
• Location.

“A very nice and clean hotel. Not sure if it's really 3 star though. No fridge or microwave or safe. The AC didn't work properly also. Staff was helpful.”

“The service was horrible, check in was a nightmare. The room was not clean and smelled like smoke, the room was for 2 people and only had 1 bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was stuck and would not pull out, when I advised the front desk they said they didn’t have anymore rooms so they could not change rooms, however it appeared that the hotel was empty by the cars in the parking lot and activity in the hotel. Paid for internet and it didn’t work. In a nut-shell this was the worst experience ever! NO EMPLOYEES after 11 p.m that worked at the hotel?”

• The room was a nice efficiency with nice furnishings.
• We had to drive everywhere we wanted to go.

“The hotel was definetly worth. But it is not close to the beaches or areas of town that we wanted to visit. If you stay here, be prepared to drive to most things. There are a few chain restaurants near by.”

• The amenities they include: pool, exercise room, public laundry facility and convenient location to shopping and the beaches. The bed was good too.

• Location. Next to a train station and several restaurants.
• The hotel is clean but needs some cosmetic fixes.

“Pros: Location - next to a train station, if you need that trip to Miami or West Palm Beach. Several restaurants and a movie theater are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, you get your coffee-and-bagels breakfast, a basic fitness room is on-site. Full kitchen with a fridge is a big plus for longer stays. Cons: Hotel location inside a business center is not very romantic; The decor is rather drab - this place needs some face-lift. Amenities are absolutely minimalist: no shower gel or shampoo in the room, no daily room service.”

• Room was good size and access was easy.
• Lobby smelled, beds too small.

“First time staying in an extended-stay hotel. For a single traveled room was more than adequate. However, my wife and I could barely fit on the bed together, and she weighs 100lbs. Also, the outside hallway smelled of old beer and cigarettes.”

• Right next to loud auto body shop.

“Overall it was a good experience. We woke up to the sounds of metal being sanded at the auto body shop next door. Then hammers on metal soon after. Very loud. But overall it was a good experience.”

• It was dead center in the approach to Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport
