• Nothing.
• The hotel had an odor upon arrival. The service was terrible and the people were rude.

“The hotel had an odor upon entrance. The pool was not working, we were told that we could go across the street to another hotel to swim (we would have had to drive). Then we were told we were going to have a smoking room (none of us smoke). The guy was very rude. He told us they did not have anything else and we refused to stay. He claimed he cancelled the room for the two nights, and that it would not come out of my checking account (I used a debit card) but it did. And has not been put back in as of yet.”
