  • Staff was trying.
  • Dirty.

“We open the door to our room and it looked like the room was not vacuumed. Checking it out further their were hairs on the bathroom floor. I approached the desk and was told that there was an available room on the 2nd floor and that the vacuum was broken. I followed her and notice that the elevator was dirty. The room was worst. As I returned to the Lobby I notice large stains on the lobby couches. I was really turned off and upset because their wasn't anything else available.”
