“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they even let us check in 5 hours in advance for free. The free airport shuttle & free computer with internet access with printer capabilities came in handy in printing tickets to get back home. However there was sandblasting going on at the hotel, but they kept it on a 9 am-5 pm schedule. Also unfortunately the pool filter was being repaired during prime swimming time, but was repaired by late afternoon. The only cleanliness issue was that the table in the room was dusty, but everything else was new and clean.”

“We changed rooms three times and never got a clean room. Phone didn't work in one room. Microwave didn't work in the other. Will never stay there again and might not stay at a Comfort Inn again.”

“Hotel close to airport & cruise port, however bed was uncomfortable, was extremely noisy from other guests, bad food at hotel "bar", only two towels for however many guests you have, remodeled but in a shabby way.”

“Very pleasant. Nice pool, which we didn't get to use. Room had granite counters, nice carpet, very comfortable beds and pillows. TV was somewhat limited, but otherwise ok. Staff was helpful. Shuttle from airport was prompt and efficient.”

“My husband and I were very pleased with Comfort Inn and will look for it again on our travels. Breakfast was great. The pool area was attractive. Our room layout and furniture was excellent. However, I never want to stay in a smoker's room again. All our clothes had to be re-laundered.”

“Great hotel for accommodating cruise passengers. Free pick up from the cruise port and to the airport. We came to the hotel about 10 a.m. and the room was ready at 11am. There was a mall that you can walk around.”

“Great for staying just one night before or after going on a cruise. Very nice pool/lounge area, great and fresh selection for the continental breakfast. Fantastic free shuttle service from the cruise ship and to the airport. Friendliest staff I've ever encountered.”

“This was the best hotel to stay at pre and post cruise. Our flights got in way early, no problem they let us check right in. There is a pool bar/grill or fast food and mini strip mall right down the street. The hotel provides a wide variety hot breakfast which included a waffle maker or there is an ihop a short ride down the street. The hotel has a shuttle from the airport just a phone call away as well as transportation to the port of Miami. On our way home our flight did not leave until 11 pm. The hotel gave us a late check out, let us stores our bags in a side room while we spent the day at the pool and even left to go eat and come back. The even arranged a shuttle back to the airport that evening for us even though we were technically not even guests still.”

“This hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay. We checked in late and left early. We wouldn't have wanted to do any more than that. The customer service was good, the room was clean enough on the surface, but the name, "Comfort Inn" didn't seem very fitting. We slept lightly because we didn't know what to expect.”

“I find all Comfort Inn's staff very unprofessional and too interactive with their staff leaving the customer/guess idle/waiting for assistance. Rooms are not available on check-in, 2-way "c-b" radios at front desks - ugly and in my opinion very unprofessional. I was told to give us forty-five (45) minutes and come back, it was check in time, which was 3:00 p.m.”
