  • Clean comfortable beds.
  • No lock on the patio door (I was on the 1st floor), frig & microwave only worked on Friday and no one came to fix them.

“It could be really nice but staff needs to learn better customer service. Things in my room were not even looked at to be fixed and the back patio door only had a bar keeping the world from me.”

  • Confinement to I-95 a few miles from the airport.
  • Broken toilet. This is something that should have been renovated.

  • Staff is very friendly and accommodated all of my needs.
  • The rear parking lot was a little dark and the spaces were a little tight.

“Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was very close to all major highways and shopping. The staff was always friendly when I needed something. The breakfast was always fresh.”

  • It was being remodeled there is hope for some improvement.
  • It was in the middle of nowhere nothing was nearby.

“The La Quintal cypress creek is a nice place near nothing. It is well along being remodeled but, at its best, will never be a destination for a vacationing traveler a business person with local business maybe.”

  • The hotel was clean and was to La Quinta standards.
  • The hotel did not have a shuttle service.

“I chose La Quinta because usually stay in their hotels all over the country. This particular hotel, does not have a shuttle, and is not central to the seaport. My husband and I ended up paying over $70.00 in cab fare combining to transfer to the hotel and then to the seaport to catch the cruise ship. I was definitely disappointed with this fact. I love La Quinta, but I will not be staying there in my future trips, the hotels by the airport are cheaper and closer.”

  • Clean, friendly staff and guests.
  • Across road from airport.

“Clean ,comfortable ,felt safe. Very friendly workers. Great free breakfast. EXCELLENT quality Chili's restaurant a SHORT walk away. Our double room had a defective TV. We were IMMEDIATELY upgraded to a KING bed Business room with Microwave and refrigerator as compensation. HIGHLY recommended though not near beaches (about a 10 minute drive).”
