• Attractive.
• Broken elevator button.

“I was very disappointed that the promised morning shuttle to the airport was not available at the hour I needed it. I needed to leave at 5:45 and the shuttle did not leave until 6:15, so I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. I had selected this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle.”

• Located by itself away from Highway traffic.
• Room was filthy! Bathroom was disgusting!

“Located a little of a walk away from restaurants - no stores were very close. Room and bath were not clean. Trash in corners - soap from last guest still in shower, commode leaked from poorly repaired crack in bowl and picking up the dusty piece of trash in the corner of the bath must be too much for multiple housekeepers. I would never recommend this for my friends.”

• Spartan several problems no elevator, no luggage carrier, issues with locks on room.

• Clean and very convenient to airport, spacious rooms.
• Arrived at 2 p.m. but no early check in.

• I loved the view of the lake that was next to it.
• I did not enjoy the pool hours should have been longer hours.

“Check in was a breeze; however, the check in staff did not greet me with a hello but gave me the required materials. The room was nice and spacious. I also enjoyed the double doors on the bathroom. The sheets were cleaned and you can tell they take great pride in cleaning rooms. I can not stress enough the view. It was very accommodating to have a view. There was a continental breakfast in the morning and the check out staff changed my mind about the staff there. This was a nice stay.”

• The location was convenient and the facility clean.
• I got a smoking room which was not my preference.

“The location was conveniently located near the airport and the facility clean. There was a small lake overlooking the dinning area which was nice during breakfast. The staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the free internet access which was a plus. Overall a good experience.”

• This hotel had a great bed.
• Airport shuttle service.

“The advertised airport shuttle didn't start until 6:00 am, and it was 20 minutes from the airport, so in order to make our not-so-early 7:00 am flight, we ended up having to take a taxi anyway. And for advertising as an "airport hotel" a $30 cab ride was hardly near the airport.”

• Nice breakfast, Shuttle to/from airport and cruise port.
• Put us in a smoking room - king bed only!

“Very unhappy. I needed room with 2 beds for 3 people - non-smoking. Received a smoking room, king bed and had to get a roll a way.”

• Hotel isn't located on a strip where a bunch of hotels were.
• There's nothing I didn't like.

“This hotel was awesome! Staff was very friendly. The room was so clean you couldn't tell it was a smoking room. You didn't even smell the smoke. The pool was awesome and so wasn't the breakfast. The dining selection was great. Right within walking distance from the hotel. There was four of us going on a cruise and a bus picked us up from the hotel and took us to the pier. No extra charge for that!”

• Nice grounds, pool, shuttle and continental breakfast.
• I wanted a non smoking room but I was told that I would have to take a smoking room and like it.

“The shuttle is convenient although it takes them quite awhile to get to the airport once you call them. The grounds are nice and the pool is great. The rooms are functional with all the basics. We were forced to stay in a smoking room the first night of our stay. The second night of our stay we were able to get a non smoking room by agreeing to take a handicapped room.”

• We did not know that it was on a little lake. The friendly staff gave us a room with a lake view.

“We were pleasantly surprised at our beautiful surroundings. We did not have a car because we had turned in our rental car but several restaurants were within walking distance. We were able to enjoy a full moon coming up over the beautiful lake setting. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel provided transportation to the airport and the staff was extremely helpful in letting us know the amount of time it would take to get to the airport.”
