• Near airport and cruise terminal, shuttle from airport and to cruise terminal in Fort Lauderdale.

“It was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay before taking a cruise. The shuttle picked us up at the airport, and took us to the cruise terminal the next day. The breakfast was convenient and the choices were excellent.”

“Great place for a short pre cruise stay however the walk to the nearby restaurants at night didn't seem all that safe.”

• Friendly people, locations,
  and free shuttle to pier and airport.
• Cleanliness could be improved, resteraunt onsite would have been nice.

“We would definatetly want to go back to this hotel again if we ever travel, we found the staff were friendlier than anywhere we have ever stayed before and the free shuttles were such a bonus and all the extra's is also the reason we would come back again.”

• No balcony overlooking the lake.

• It is very clean, close to the airport and friendly. It seems fairly new.
• Nothing.

“I would recommend this location as a very convenient hotel for passing through. The location is great with a nice pool, jacuzzi next to a lake.”

• The early breakfast, free shuttle, friendly helpful staff.
• Only one elevator, was too slow if your on an upper floor.

“It was a very clean and attractive hotel, the pool area looked very inviting and private. The front desk clerks let us print out boarding passes on their computer. The morning clerk went out of her way to assure us the shuttle was coming back to get us since he didn't have enough room for all of us in one trip. She kept communicating with him so we knew he was on his way.”

• Elevators did not work, shuttle times not accurate.

“This hotel was not an Airport Hotel as it was a $25 cab ride away. The elevators were not working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairways that were only accessible from the outside, in the rain. At breakfast, they had no plates and were missing many items as their delivery had not arrived. Overall, I would have had a better experience at a motel 6 type property!”

• Very nice common areas.
• Airport shuttle stops running at 11PM.

“The room was clean, the beds comfortable, I really liked the soap and shampoo they provided. The common areas were very attractive and clean. I got my luggage at 10:55PM and was able to use their shuttle but if I was any later, I would have had to take a taxi.”

• Attractive.
• Broken elevator button.

“I was very disappointed that the promised morning shuttle to the airport was not available at the hour I needed it. I needed to leave at 5:45 and the shuttle did not leave until 6:15, so I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. I had selected this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle.”

• Located by itself away from Highway traffic.
• Room was filthy! Bathroom was disgusting!

“Located a little of a walk away from restaurants - no stores were very close. Room and bath were not clean. Trash in corners - soap from last guest still in shower, commode leaked from poorly repaired crack in bowl and picking up the dusty piece of trash in the corner of the bath must be too much for multiple housekeepers. I would never recommend this for my friends.”

• I loved the view of the lake that was next to it.
• I did not enjoy the pool hours should have been longer hours.

“Check in was a breeze; however, the check in staff did not greet me with a hello but gave me the required materials. The room was nice and spacious. I also enjoyed the double doors on the bathroom. The sheets were cleaned and you can tell they take great pride in cleaning rooms. I can not stress enough the view. It was very accommodating to have a view. There was a continental breakfast in the morning and the check out staff changed my mind about the staff there. This was a nice stay.”

• The location was convenient and the facility clean.
• I got a smoking room which was not my preference.

“The location was conveniently located near the airport and the facility clean. There was a small lake overlooking the dinning area which was nice during breakfast. The staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the free internet access which was a plus. Overall a good experience.”
