• Great room for the price, upgraded room at no charge.
• Had to pay for internet - no pillows or blankets for sleeper sofa.

“Rooms a bit shabby. Remotes did not work for TV. Breakfast was available, but sparse - only coffee for beverages. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in general, gave free upgrade - but said that they didn't have any pillows for the sleeper sofa. There is a $4.99 charge for internet access and then we ended up being locked out of the internet. Pool was nice, but we didn't have time to use it.”

• Was surprised with the type of room for the price.
• The staff was a little unfriendly.

“This hotel was in a good location, the room was awesome and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was a little crummy and the staff forget, I don't even think the lady at check out even saw what I looked like. She was too busy looking down and not paying attention. The staff never made eye contact with anyone and at least if you walked down the hall the hotel staff should at least say good morning.”

• Kitchen items missing, hotel worker opened our door.

“Small but efficient. Clean, nice area, nice pool. Kitchen items (pans, plates, forks, glasses, etc) were missing and hard to get from the front desk. A hotel worker opened unlocked our door (not cool) The worker knocked, and waited a couple seconds and then unlocked the door and walked in, I was getting dressed and couldn't get to the door quick enough. Hotel workers should not use their keys until several minutes. Probably would not use the hotel again for this reason.”

• The hotel staff was helpful with our late arrival.
• Hotel needs a very thorough cleaning, some updates too.

“It was a little disappointing, I would not let my kids set anything on the floor or sit on the couch or chairs, it was not very clean. It could use a good cleaning and new furniture and paint!”

“This hotel was very comfortable. It was clean, and it was not expensive. There was plenty of parking and was close to restaurants.”

• This hotel was spotless.
• Only one way into the hotel and only one way out of the hotel and for travel this made for a lot of u-turns.

“The hotel and staff were fantastic. I had a small studio room and the room and all or the hotel were spotless! My only complaint would be the bed was springy and that you did not receive maid service daily unless you paid extra but that was fine. This hotel was worth it.”

• Friendly staff and very clean, nice property.
• The location was not ideal for my trip.

“The person who checked me in was very professional and friendly. I like the fact that a printer was available for guest. This property is a step above other Extended Stay properties I have used.”

• The pool was nice. The accommodations were as expected.
• The hotel has a stale, smoky odor, which was really bad in our room.

“The staff were not very helpful at times. The location was difficult to find, even with a GPS because the road name had changed. We requested a room change because of the smell of smoke, but no accommodations were made for this very strong disturbance. The hotel was quiet and restful. The rooms were small, but met the needs.”

• Location, in-room kitchenette.

“(1) When I checked into my room, an empty soda can and food wrapper from a previous guest were on the floor behind the night table.(2) My 1 mid-week housekeeping service was on day 6 of a 7-day stay, hardly worth the trouble by that point.(3) Towel rack was coming off the wall in the vanity area.(4) Window screen was falling out.(5) Wi-Fi (normally extra cost) was unreliable.(6) Morning coffee & bagel buffet service was not provided on weekends.”

• It was in a good location.
• Non-smoking rooms had smoked leaking into them.

“I had multiple problems with this hotel. 1. The doors on the outside were broken and no one fixed them the entire time I was there, even after I reported them. 2. The non-smoking rooms had the smell of smoke and I found cigarette smoke leaking in through the bathroom vent. When I called the problem was next resolved. 3. The TV had a crack in it and it was never replaced. Plus it didn't work very well. 4. The hotel hallway smelled like garbage had been in it. 5. The pool hours were to be 10pm closing yet the hotel personal allowed people to go outside if they were quiet. Well they were jumping around and making lots of noise after 10pm waking me up several times between 10 and midnight. I had to get up at 5am and work all day very tired. 6. The internet connection was very low. I asked for help but they couldn't find any reason for it, even after calling the help desk and resetting their system.”

• Bed was luxurious and comfy.
• Room had a black sticky stain of carpet and wall was dirty, also hotel was freezing cold.

“The hotel was beautiful, great facilities and friendly staff. We had some problems with the room there was a sticky stain on the carpet in our room and a dirty footprint on the wall. The manager however was very apologetic and professional and we will be returning in the future for hopefully a cleaner room and a nicer stay.”

“Not bad. They were having trouble with the internet the whole time and the continental breakfast consists of coffee and bagels in plastic bags only. No juice or other food options.”
