• Close to the highway.
• Far from the beach. Small breakfast room. Noisy. Rooms need renovation. Dark.

“Rooms need renovation. Room was really dark. Weak lights. Small, dark, noisy, and uncomfortable bathroom (toilet and shower). Breakfast room was small for the number of guests and size of hotel. There is a railway close to the hotel, train noise. But it is clean. We did not see roaches.”

• Near I 95 and continental breakfast good.
• One elevator not working.

“I have been twice with my wife and kids and had no problems. Had pool and continental breakfast for 69 in July which is ok.”

• Carpets in my room were disgusting.

• Fire alarms going off during all times of the night, constant running toilet to name a few.

“This was a bad hotel which I paid a lot of money per night. The hotel was next to a train track which blew it's horn right at the hotel day and night. Fire alarms that were faulty and went off day and night (you didn't know if there was a fire or not). There were 2 elevators, 1 didn't work and the other sounded like it was going to break and it reached our floor, the toilet ran, the phone didn't work some of the time, the girl that was working nights for the hotel hated it she said these types of things happen all the time and everyone would call and complain.”

• Newly remodeled.
• Kind of shady neighborhood.

“We knew what we were getting into. This was a stop over after a cruise and we just wanted a decent place to stay and this hotel filled the bill. The remodeling was extensive and well done. We had stayed here a few years ago and this time was much better.”

“Hello, the guys at costumer services were great, now the housekeeping area very poor. All furniture was dusty; I had to turn the hot water on in sink area. There was no light in the bath.”

• Easy access from Highway 95.
• Never seen such a dirty place.

“Then somebody called at midnight telling me that the card will not be charged. I was surprised to see how they still carry the Days Inn flag on their hotel. ”

• Water pressure in Bathroom Shower was awful.

“The hotel is filled with transient workers. I assume due to the price. Next trip I will rent a more expensive room where I will be comfortable.”

• Office staff.
• Hotel very dirty, asked front desk to call a cab, appeared to utilize their own that overcharged us to the airport. $35. vs. a cab at $10.

“Very disappointing, a coach roach in the room and in the corridor. the washroom old and dirty. Sheets did not appear clean, neither did beds appear to be made up. The elevator very very dirty. This was a horrible experience for us. ”

• Absolutely nothing. Many cockroaches. Will never stay there again.
• In all seriousness, I am fairly certain that a prostitution ring is operating out of this hotel.

• The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to be helpful.
• It was all good.

“The hotel is in a rough neighborhood being close to the interstate in Ft Lauderdale but the staff and security were on the ball and for the location, which was what I was looking for were, very nice and professional.”

• Very clean, comfortable.
• Train went by hotel all night with horn, and bathroom not up t o date.

“Hotel room had missing light cover bathroom. TV remote not working. Room not up to date. A lot of black people. train very noisy.”

• I like that it was located right off the interstate.
• The area surrounding the hotel was bad.

“Our first room was a smoking room without working AC. We requested a room change the next morning and received a better room but it did not have a king-sized bed. Most of the staff was friendly and our was always cleaned to our expectations.”

• Noisy - next to busy train tracks that blew horn at intersection all night.

“Dumpy minimalistic hotel - air conditioning rattled and buzzed - staff at check-in was friendly and courteous, but the building is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at - no wonder Days Inn was offering it for so cheap.”
