“Cold shower, hotel staff were not helpful when they were informed. Close to a train, train passes by at 10pm, 2, and 3am (I believe); I just remembered being woken up several times due to the train.”

• Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Poor shower.

“Location off highway. Shuttle provided to airport and Port Everglades, but not to pick up. Hotel room could have been cleaner and the bed was uncomfortable. The water pressure from the shower was weak. Would not recommend this hotel, although it was not terrible.”

• Ideal location to the airport or port. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. A good restaurant and store next door.
• A little traffic noise.

• Clean. Easy self parking.
• Location near the train stop makes it noisy throughout the night.

“Clean hotel with good parking. Downside is the noise from the trains at night that stop at the station beside the hotel. It will definitely wake you at night on the train side of the hotel.”

• Didn't have time to call to change rooms in the morning to take a shower.

• Staff was excellent!
• Hotel was not in an area where there were any restaurants or anything to do.

“Hotel staff was outstanding. Rooms, lobby, etc were great. Only drawback is that the hotel is in an area with only one restaurant within walking distance and nothing really to do. One more drawback is that although the hotel offers a continental-type breakfast, they charge $10/each for it instead of offering it free like most other hotels do.”

• Close to cruise port, FLL Airport.
• Noisy. The train that runs past to Fort Lauderdale operates between 6am to 11pm. The highway operates all night.

• It was very close to the airport and the staff was great.
• There was no where to eat near the hotel.

“It is very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle service that is easy to use. The room was what I expected and the bed was comfortable. The only downside to this place is that there are no food choices within walking distance leaving little choice for dining.”

• Location clean and comfortable.
• It was a little tricky to arrived there, it needs a signal in the express way, because it is not visible.

“My husband and I had a great time there. We will recommended. It is nice, quiet, clean, friendly, very comfortable rooms, but the directions needs to be improved. We got lost many times.”
