• Free airport shuttle.
• Small ant-like bugs in sink.

“Overall, good rating. Window didn't close fully which made it a bit loud andthere were tiny ants in the sink. Liked the free airport shuttle, clean floors, comfortable beds, pool, close to a mall. I would stay there again.”

• It was better than most Days Inn.
• The location.

“They need to change their location description. While it is close to the airport it is not close to shopping nor the beach like it states. I would not stay here again.”

• The free shuttle service to the airport.
• The $10 per person shuttle from Port Everglades.

“This hotel would be great for the business traveler who needs something close to the airport. The room was clean and larger than expected. The biggest let down was that its location prevented us from walking anywhere. We didn't have a car and thought we would just walk to restaurants for our meals. There was a Denny's right next door, but the staff spent most of their time arguing. With nothing else close by we had to eat there or get a donut from the gas station.”

• We loved the room. It was quite large, like a suite, and comfortable. The pool on the 3 fl. Was a nice surprise.
• The location was poor. Only the Denny's across the parking lot or the restaurant in the hotel across the way from us-- good but expensive.

“Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very pleased with the size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. I would definitely stay here again but would need to have a plan as far as activities go (need a map). Perfect for my boyfriend and I who had an early flight the next morning after enjoying a cruise out of Miami. The complimentary shuttle to the airport really came in handy and was appreciated.”

• Front desk staff was friendly, cordial.
• Shuttle service driver quit when we needed ride from airport--took hr & half to get there. Missed first half of Super Bowl.

“For the price the hotel was fine, and the room was clean and fresh smelling. The staff members were courteous. I felt safe & secure. However, we had a few issues which were promptly addressed and resolved: 1. The shuttle service from the airport took a long time (almost an hour and a half), but I understand that the driver quit without notice. The morning shuttle service was fine. 2. The commode would not flush if the shower was running, but once the water was turned off, the toilet flushed properly. 3. TV reception for the local channels was awful, but the maintenance man was able to tune it in so that we could watch the last half of the Super Bowl. He showed up within minutes of our call to the front desk.”

“When you call the hotel they should tell you that there is other Days Inn in the area so you don't get en another bus of the Days Inn, but another location.”

• The free breakfast was very complete and good.
• The room doors are noisy when closing.

“We were pleased overall with the price of the hotel and what was offered. Having a shuttle service to and from the airport was appreciated.”
