• The staff.
• It was old, needs remodeled and not real clean.

“The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist guests. The facility its self, desired attention.”

• Convenient location. Spacious, Exterior OK appearance.
• Dirty room. Superficially cleaned. Torn blanket.

“Reserved room for three nights. Left after the first night. The room was poorly cleaned and is grungy. This is a management problem that very obviously is ongoing based on the fact that filth existed around the entire perimeter of the room. Carpeting in poor condition. TV reception is poor. Bathroom walls falling apart.”
