• Convenient to Highways and local area visited.
• Minimum TV. Channels.

• Location was good.
• Hmmm, the ants in the bathroom? Tiny, uncomfortable room? Stale odors? Stained chairs and comforter?

“While located in a quiet but convenient spot, this hotel is beyond cramped even for an economy hotel and far from clean. There is no elevator, so elderly people with luggage may have difficulty bringing things upstairs. The chair and comforter in our room both had noticeable stains on them, and there were ants dragging something across the bathroom floor. The room also had a rather stale odor to it (however, the window does open, a nice feature most hotels don't offer). We only chose this hotel because my husband was not familiar with the chain and because it was only for a two-day conference, hence a one-night stay. However, it was so appalling that we actually left and stayed at another hotel instead. It needs a makeover, fumigation, and perhaps some trees in front of the hotel - it was quite bare and stark-looking. I wasn't expecting much, but did expect a clean, bug-free, comfortable room to sleep in for one night; none of the expectations were met.”

• Hotel was ok,
• No snacks/ buffet.

“Hotel was what I asked for. Period. It was very unsympathetic when due to an accident (deer stake) I was compelled to cut short my stay and travel on Christmas day to see an appraiser. This should be an exemption from the reservation lock. The hotel was very amenable to an early check out, willing to return the money to it. The staff was brief and cold to my situation, stating the need to have had injuries to qualify for a refund. Merry Christmas, indeed! Will use other services henceforth.”

• Modern up to date venue, comfortable bed, nice shower/bath facilities.
• Lawn not mowed for quite some time, parking lot had trash and broken glass in parking area.

“Hotel was acceptable for our needs, with easy on and off expressway with near by restaurants.”
