Service was exceptional. All the time.
Nothing.

Superbly designed room, excellent service, exquisite view.
Valet charge at $30 a little high.

“My fiance and I had a very romantic 5 night stay at the Mandarin. It was everything we dreamed about and more - great room, excellent service, friendly and accommodating staff, quick valet service, great formal restaurant and informal cafe, great views over Key Biscayne and downtown Miami. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It saved my relationship!”
