• Loved being so close to the bayside and port.
• Poor service, breakfast was over priced for what was offered, my friends went to the bar for cocktails and felt the service was awful.

“Customer service /front desk was very good. I called ahead to confirm and they were very nice. I arrived early and there was no problem we were given rooms many hours before standard check in time. Great location to bayside and fast to port of Miami if your crushing most always stay in a 4 or 5 star we like to spoil ourselves like anyone but I would stay here again as long.”

• The location to the cruise ship piers was good. Bayside shopping good too.
• On a noisy and busy street with low flying airplanes throughout the night.

“We arrived 2 hours early of check-in but were allowed in our rooms, which was great. We made an easy across-the-street walk to the water front and shopping. (no beach) We could see the cruise ships come in from our upper level bayside room (which we requested and received) The beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was adequately sized, not large.”

• The location was great for our cruise.
• Older and a little dirty.

“The hotel was great for the location. It was across from Bayside park and there were lots of things for us to do the night before our cruise without having to take a taxi anywhere. The hotel is older but in fairly good shape. We were really only there to sleep.”

• Poor services, hotel in bad conditions, too expensive.

“I stayed for 6 nights, I extend one more night and they charged me $224.00 used for an extra night. I think instead to recognize the long stay tourists, they punish you with a high tariff. The hotel is an old hotel like a 2 stars and the rate is for a 4 star. I will not recommend this hotel.”

“Worn down and dated. Walls and windows thin so very noisy. Elevator dirty and first room dirty. Nice location in Downtown Miami.”

• Close to port, restaurant in hotel, smoking rooms.
• Had funny smell when you walked in. We did not have wash rags in the room. TV did not work well.

“A little expensive for what you get. It is very close to bayside and close to port which worked well for us.”

• Nothing unpleasant enough to warrant comment.

“Service at the desk, bar and restaurant was excellent. Parking was sparse. Waterfront shopping across the street was just great. Definitely will recommend to others.”

“Great location (across from bayside), convenient parking, easy to get in and out and close to i-95. Price is right for the location and amenities. I have stayed here in the past and will stay again.”

• Not clean, staff not courteous, no shuttles, poor maintenance.

“We were very disappointed with our hotel stay. The rooms were falling apart and not very clean. The staff with the exception of the bellman was unfriendly and made you feel that you were an intrusion in their day instead of a customer; this includes front desk personnel as well as the restaurant. We did not feel safe in this hotel, right outside were homeless people who walked into next door restaurants and would dig through the trash as well as harass customers. It was noisy with the construction right behind the building. The only good thing was that there was always a taxi waiting outside which was nice since there is no shuttle service.”

• The staff was very nice.
• Wish they had transportation from the port.

“The hotel was OK. I did not expect a five star but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I do wish that they had a shuttle bus to the port.”

• The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
• Didn't like the hotel at all.

“I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff wasn¿t friendly, and most were Spanish speaking. The rooms were horrible, smelled of water damage. I had never had a bad experience at a hotel until we stayed at this hotel.”

• Location, view were great and restaurant in hotel convenient.
• Only there for one night so really found nothing not to like.

“We found the hotel to be clean - ready when we arrived - quiet with a great location. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

• Great location, tons of stuff to do.
• This hotel needs more parking and parking fee should be included in the price of the hotel stay.

“We had a wonderful time, the hotel is in a great location, close to all of the attractions, the restaurant food is really good, and the rooms are clean and comfy. We plan on coming back!”

• Very bad part of town, noisy, unsafe area.

“The location is in the worst area of Miami. Very little parking. Extremely noisy on the street (couldn't sleep). No deadbolts on main door to hall.”
