• Location was great-near Port of Miami,
• The hotels bathroom was not clean. The room was not throughly cleaned and was visable by the hairs on the floor. The toilet had not been cleaned.

• It's a beautiful facility - especially the pool area.
• The only downfall was no restaurants in walking distance.

“We easily found the hotel with the directions on the website. The staff greeted us upon arrival and immediately took our luggage and the valet parked the car. Every encounter we had with staff was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, large, and nicely decorated. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax.”

• I liked the walk on the water side of the hotel.

“I was told the hotel was going to be turned into condos, so there would not be a return visit. I indicated that we would be back in Miami in the next few weeks, the front desk person said there would be no next time.”

• no refrigerator; room is relative small, wireless internet isn't constant

• Very clean, excellent service, great location

“Hotel lobby was clean, service was quite efficient for check-in. The room was quite large and the beds comfortable. Rooms were cleaned the first day, but not the following day - not a big deal to us, but some other patrons might be concerned. Overall a great, enjoyable experience.”

• I did not like that hotel guests were charged $18.00 per night for parking. In addition to this, there was a daily city surcharge and tax.

“Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. However, it did not look like the "glamour" shot that I retrieved off the Internet, but the location was idea. I just have a problem with being charged, as a guest, $18 per night for parking!!!!”

• check in too long and complicated, pool area too small and older

“Great downtown location convenient for theatres and also close to go to South beach over the bridge, quiet, clean, good room size and comfortable beds although bathrooms could be updated a bit. Overall OK”

• The lobby Bar is very pleasant, our room had a great view of the Bay
