• The lobby is beautiful and rooms well appointed.
• Rooms could stand to be a bit larger.

“I used the self check in kiosk, which was very quick and efficient. The room was well appointed and has a small private dressing area which was nice. The lobby was very modern and fun, staff very friendly.”

“Stayed at this Hyatt the night before our cruise. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful; easy check-in. Our room had a view of the river, was quiet and clean. Liked the small wall that divided the bathroom/closet area into a private dressing area. Comfortable bed and linens. Room was clean. Disappointed there was a charge for using Wi-Fi. Would recommend to others. Got our room through Priceline at an excellent savings!”

• The bed was so comfortable it was just like sleeping at home!
• The area around the hotel was a little scary, it was not a safe place at night.

“This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and had a great layout. The beds were so comfortable, almost like being at home. I would definately stay here again.”

• Connected to the Metro Mover, Friendly Staff, Good Location.
• Dark, small rooms, strange divider wall, beds not the best.

“Staff was very friendly as with all Hyatt's! Rooms were renovated but did not feel comfortable. Very small with a partial wall dividing the beds from the bathroom sink. Tiny bathroom with dim light. Stopper didn't work in bath tub. Dark walls. Beds were not plush. Our room was not super clean but it was acceptable. Ping pong balls, other small stuff on carpet. Needed vacuumed or steam cleaned. Only 2 towel sets for 3 people even though we had requested extra ahead of time. Great location and free Metro Mover was connected to this hotel. But because this was the smallest, darkest room that we have stayed, we wouldn't choose this hotel again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.”

• I liked the river, and the friendliness at the bar.

• on arrival very confuse with parking im disabled and found it alon way to walk

“We have had illness in the family so we only needed 2 rooms instead of 3 the desk was very helpful by changing 1 double for a family room but would not give any refund on the room not wanted.”

• I liked that the guest floors were only accessed by room key.
• Hotel Restaurant breakfast was very expensive.

“I have stayed at this hotel one other time for two days at Club level and paid the rack rate. Although this time was not club level, I feel I got an excellent deal for my bid.”

“Excellent room service and buffets. Real quick at chining out a light bulb and changing our sheets at 4:30 in the afternoon. Pool open until 10 pm with plenty of towels.”

• Interesting room. Window views were nice.
• Ridiculous parking access. Bad sign age, unkempt connections to garage.

• No Balcony and Salt Water Pool, Restaurants overpriced

“Gorgious Hotel quality of staff exceeded themselves. Lobby was very plush and comfortable for an escape from room and view was gorgious. Pool was Salt Water not Fresh so I didn't enjoy that but the view was beautiful.”

• Sitting in the center of Miami with short access to all interesting points
• Noisy due to traffic and air traffic, Parking Costs

“This is a good point for business in the banking district in the heart of Miami but also a good base for excursions with the family no matter whether you go snorkeling to Key Largo or shopping in aventura.”
