• Location, good service.
• Unexpected charges ($32. per day parking), no place to sit around pool.

• The front desk was very accommodating to our late arrival. We called them ahead and let them know. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice bath stuff!
• Slow service outside for drinks and in dining room.

“Very nice location. Away from crazy pace of sob, but not too far. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and beds very comfy. Great bath lotions etc. Close to beach. Big Pink was very closed and a great place to eat! Concierge was helpful! Loved this place!”

• The bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant breakfast was excellent.
• The air conditioning gave problems in our room and others.

“I expected a hotel with more plush accommodations. Our balcony was very close to and looked onto an ugly abandoned hotel. Other than a very comfortable bed, furnishings and bath were similar to those found in the average chain hotel.”

• Great ocean view from restaurant terrace and Jacuzzi.
• Valet parking was overpriced with no self-park option.

“Freshly redecorated, very comfortable. Great location just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Helpful staff.”

• Cheese, crackers, water upon arrival. Apples and oranges served complimentary every day.
• Loved everything.

“This hotel was fabulous. Pool great. Hammocks great. Room service quick and delicious. Housekeeping wonderful. Staff extremely friendly. Above and beyond expectations.”

• Its location. The name being a Marriot, and the room was ok.
• The front desk staff was very unprofessional.

“It is a Marriott so you always have reassurance if something is not right, and the hotel does not fix it. Corporate will take it seriously so its better than getting stuck in a family owned hotel which there are many on the South Beach. The hotel was pretty new and had a good vacation feel to it. But the staff needs a touch up.”

• Room was nice, but not great.

“The location cannot be beat. Facilities were fantastic. Rooms were not on par with rest of hotel. They could be more modern too. Rooms were only 3 star quality. It should also have mini bar to be called 4 star.”

• Too far from the action.

“A comfortable, upscale hotel with a friendly staff. A little far south along the beach but still very much walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. A good choice if you prefer a more secluded getaway.”

“The location was the best, however bathroom commode was not working did not flush completely which put an damper on the short stay the hotel offer $25.00 credit towards parking, however I would interfered to have an work commode.”
