“As I stated above, very good place to stay for the price. I would recommend to others to stay. I will stay here again.”

“Great location to stay if you are cruising, as the pier is only 10 minutes away and the Galleria is only 4-5 blocks away. Hotel in dire need of updating. Our friends were sent to a room already occupied. The room they ended up with had no hot water. Our room had a lovely view of the water but the building across had lights on all night and the room did not have shades, etc. The drapes were attached to the wall so they could not be pulled shut. They had no extra pillows and the mattress felt like sleeping on springs only. Would have been cheaper to take a taxi to the pier. As a matter of fact, we requested a taxi but they said they had shuttle service for $8.00 per person!! ”

“We stayed there the night before a cruise. The staff was friendly and provided us with directions to Bayside and the Metro mover. They arranged for a shuttle to the Port of Miami. The room was spacious and clean. The one drawback was of the 2 elevators provided, one was out of order. Which causes a problem at checkout time. We had a pleasant stay other than that. ”

“The hotel was nice for the price I paid, but it should have been better. First, they sent us to a room with just one bed even when I had asked for a room for two people. Apparently someone was already there as there were a pair of shoes and cigarrette butts in an ashtray. After nicely informing them of the mistake, they moved us to a two-bedroom room but a bit reluctantly. The second room was much better, but the toilet leaked, and the shower's faucet handle did not open. They did fix these promptly. The worst part was the mistake on the clerk's part when checking out. She misentered one digit of the room number into the computer and precipitated to want to charge for the room, without verifying my name, even after I explained that there must be a mistake as I had already paid.”

“Hotel staff was rude. Poorly managed. Rooms dingy. Outrageous parking prices. Poor customer service.”
